Although the voltage level of distribution network is low, the variety of power equipment is complicated, the users are uneven, and there is a greater risk of electric shock. The problem of leakage in distribution line are discussed. First of all, the leakage protection is systematically analyzed, then the correct use of leakage protection in distribution network is studied. Finally, the common problems of leakage protection are expounded from the human level and material level. The solution suggestion is given. The research of leakage protection is of great significance to promote the application of leakage protection. The purpose is to make the staff understand the correct use of leakage protection, which has certain promotion value.

In order to solve the existing high voltage switch gear when the voltage difference method using core phase, due to the different switch gear supporting capacitive sensor indicators are inconsistent, resulting in phase sequence check misjudgment and other issues, this paper uses the phase difference between the two high voltage switch gear method of phase sequence check, this method has the versatility to determine the exact characteristics such as the actual test to fully meet the requirements of high voltage switch gear core phase.

Line loss and its management as an important way to maintain the normal and stable operation of power system played a huge role to push the social electric safety and the economic benefits of power supply. Line loss and its management must get the attention of power supply enterprise. This paper discusses the problems of line loss in power supply enterprise, and expounds the technical way to reduce power supply enterprise line loss and the organization measures of reducing line loss.
Abstract. Through several examples, describes the harmonic distribution network and its equipment hazards. Harmonics can cause distribution transformers demonstration power loss and additional loss increases, resulting in reduced aging transformer oil and insulation properties, triggering a distribution transformer discharge breakdown or burn accidents; harmonics is amplified in a capacitor bank, and cause the capacitor bank fuse group burst, tripping and other accidents; harmonics cause the motor to reverse, vibration, noise and temperature; harmonic electromagnetic voltage transformer prone to occur ferromagnetic resonance over-voltage; harmonics resulting in increased distribution network line losses. Awareness and understanding harmonics, harmonic provide for effective governance scientific theory.
