The combination problem of complex event model is an important problem in complex event study. Aiming to solve the problem of no well reflecting the spatial-temporal characteristic in current comeplex even models, which are combined by atomic events based on time or space or time and space, a multi-tuple combination method of complex event model based on object, time, space, events and properties is proposed in this paper based on the analysis in existing complex event model.The basic idea of the method is to make use of intrinsic relation existing in multi tuple of event model to combine and express complex event. At a result, our supposed model not only can more comprehensively reflect the spatial-temporal characteristic of event, but also can reflect some dynamic change conditions occurred in the event. Smart home temperature and humidity detection as a case and experimental simulation are used to illustrate and prove the correctness and feasibility of the proposed complex event method based on multiple tuple.
Representation model of composition event is a very important issue in the study of composition event. Aiming to solve the problem of no well reflecting the spatial-temporal characteristic of CPS (Cyber-Physical Systems) in current composition even models, a representation model of composition event based on multi-tuple is proposed for CPS in this paper. The contribution of the paper lies that we use five tuples: object, time, space, event and property, to represent a composition event of CPS, which not only can more comprehensively reflect the spatial-temporal characteristic of CPS event, but also can reflect the some dynamic change features of external environment. The simulation results show that our proposed scheme has several advantages in reducing event average error rate compared with some general event model methods.
Disparity estimation is used to eliminate redund ancy among different views in multiview video coding in order to obtain high compression efficiency. This paper proposes a reference viewpoint selection method based on the judgment principle of block feature vectors and similarities, which can reduce complexity and increase coding performance under the premise that the coding quality is ensured. Experimental results have demonstrated the effectiveness of this algorithm.
Barrier coverage of heterogeneous sensors with randomly deployed is a critical issue in military and homeland security applications. In this paper we study how to exploit sensor mobility to improve barrier coverage. We presented an efficient algorithm to relocate mobile sensors accord to line so as to improve barrier coverage. The algorithm firstly scans whole barrier and finds out barrier gaps. Then it relocates mobile sensor nodes to fill the gaps with energy consumption limited. Simulation results show that the algorithms can effectively improve the barrier coverage.
