The generalization of the RAMed social project on 2012 is one of the key achievements that reflects the commitment of the Moroccan State to strengthen social cohesion and the fight against vulnerability. This article proposes to study the issue of the accessibility of RAMed’s to Basic Health care in Morocco and in particular, to examine, empirically, the causal effect of the coverage by health care. RAMed health insurance on access to health care in public hospitals. In this respect and throughout this research paper, we will try to highlight the barriers limiting the accessibility of these to appropriate health care structures, particularly those of a geographical, socio-economic, socio-demographic and cultural nature. The quantitative analysis conducted in this manuscript highlights a differential care recourse between people covered by basic medical coverage and those not covered by any type of medical insurance. In detail, and taking into account social and economic variables, the use of care varies greatly depending on the coverage scheme. Indeed, members of RAMed (all types) and their descendants are those who consult medicine more than the uncovered. Thus, from the results obtained in this investigation, it is possible to identify two main lessons from which it is conceivable to sketch avenues for government action. Hence, thanks to the extension of RAMed sanitary coverage, the population has been able to access medical care, especially for the poorer classes. The promotion of health culture through awareness campaigns remain a great challenge for public action.
Over the last decades, Morocco has been facing increasingly severe water scarcity. To quantify water use in Morocco, we refer to the water footprint (WF) concept, including both direct and indirect water use. WF considered covers internal WF and exported virtual water (VW). We used the input-output structural decomposition analysis (SDA) to quantitatively analyze the drivers of changes in Morocco’s sectoral WF from 1995 to 2015. The considered mechanisms governing WF changes are the technological, economic system efficiency, and structural effects. The WF growth experienced in Morocco primarily resulted from final demand changes. The technological effect acted as an additional increase factor. Nevertheless, the economic system efficiency effect contributed to the water conservation process. Unfortunately, it was not sufficient to reverse the expansion of Morocco’s WF resulted from other driving factors. Agriculture is the dominant economic sector in WF changes, regardless of any driving factor and any period considered. The study provides insight into Morocco’s water policy limits and helps develop policies towards sustainable water resources planning and management. That is by suggesting that final demand structure adjustment and technological innovation in the agricultural sector should be at the center of Morocco’s strategies in addressing water scarcity.
Nowadays, management is constantly seeking balance and completion. It is nourishing itself from a variety of disciplines to exploit best practices. Lean and agile concepts are no more limited to their first fields, namely manufacturing and software development. They are now extending to areas where the traditional project management model had predominated before. In this research, we performed a systematic review of theoretical and empiric studies about lean and agile. The content comes from a selection of peer-reviewed scientific output. This study focused mainly on hypotheses, backgrounds, and scopes of approaches in question. A qualitative text analysis software tool was run to extract and analyses data according to several dimensions. This use leads above all to a bibliometric study by developing descriptive statistics. Such an approach has made it possible to illustrate evidence on what existing literature reveals about the concepts involved in this present review. First, they revealed impacts of lean and agile on projects that deployed them conduct making a reliable assessment of their suitability. Second, highlighting trends and research trajectories allowed identifying future research streams from under-exploited research.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
