With the emergence and development of blockchain technology, a new type of social networks based on blockchain had emerged. In these social networks high quality content creators, filters and propagators can all be reasonably motivated. Due to the transparency and traceability brought by blockchain technology, the public opinion propagation in such social networks presents new characteristics and laws. Based on the theory of network propagation and blockchain, a new public opinion propagation model for this kind of social network based on blockchain technology is proposed in this paper. The model considers the effect of incentive mechanism produced by reasonably quantifying value contribution on the propagation of information in such social networks, and the income-risk matrix under different propagation behaviors is constructed. Furthermore, the transformation process and transfer probability among different states in the propagation model are defined on the basis of income-risk matrix. The model is helpful to break the bottleneck of network public opinion management by using blockchain technology. The propagation of false network public opinion can be contained, and a good ecological environment of network public opinion propagation would be realized.
Recommendation system is one of the most common applications in the field of big data. The traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is directly based on user-item rating matrix. However, when there are huge amounts of user and commodities data, the efficiency of the algorithm will be significantly reduced. Aiming at the problem, a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on multirelational social networks is proposed. The algorithm divides the multi-relational social networks based on the multi-subnet complex network model into communities by using information dissemination method, which divides the users with similar degree into a community. Then the user-item rating matrix is constructed by choosing the k-nearest neighbor set of users within the community, in this case, the collaborative filtering algorithm is used for recommendation. Thus, the execution efficiency of the algorithm is improved without reducing the accuracy of recommendation.
Sentence representation (SR) is the most crucial and challenging task in Machine Reading Comprehension (MRC). MRC systems typically only utilize the information contained in the sentence itself, while human beings can leverage their semantic knowledge. To bridge the gap, we proposed a novel Frame-based Sentence Representation (FSR) method, which employs frame semantic knowledge to facilitate sentence modelling. Specifically, different from existing methods that only model lexical units (LUs), Frame Representation Models, which utilize both LUs in frame and Frame-to-Frame (F-to-F) relations, are designed to model frames and sentences with attention schema. Our proposed FSR method is able to integrate multiple-frame semantic information to get much better sentence representations. Our extensive experimental results show that it performs better than state-of-the-art technologies on machine reading comprehension task.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
