Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả sau phẫu thuật ở người bệnh (NB) glôcôm và tìm hiểu một số yếu tố liên quan tại khoa Glôcôm, Bệnh viện Mắt Trung ương năm 2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện với 321 người bệnh được phẫu thuật tại Khoa Glôcôm, Bệnh viện Mắt Trung ương từ tháng 8 đến tháng 10 năm 2022. Đánh giá kết quả trên thang điểm 100 dựa vào 10 tiêu chí: Mức cải thiện thị lực, nhãn áp, mức cải thiện dấu hiệu cơ năng, thực thể,biến chứng sau phẫu thuật, mức hài lòng chăm sóc, tình trạng giấc ngủ, tình trạng lo lắng và mức độ hồi phục sau phẫu thuật. Kết quả: Điểm trung bình kết quả sau phẫu thuật ở người bệnh glôcôm là 76,0 ± 8,2. Tỷ lệ kết quả mức tốt là 40,5%, mức khá là 54,5%, mức trung bình là 4,4% và mức kém là 0,6%. Có sự liên quan giữa một số yếu tố tại mắt như: Chẩn đoán nhóm bệnh, giai đoạn bệnh, phương pháp phẫu thuật với kết quả chăm sóc (p < 0,05).Kết luận: Kết quả sau phẫu thuật ở người bệnh glôcôm ở mức khá. Một số yếu tố tại mắt liên quan đến kết quả chăm sóc như: Chẩn đoán nhóm bệnh, giai đoạn bệnh, phương pháp phẫu thuật có ý nghĩa thống kê với p < 0,05.
Đặt vấn đề: Hiện nay, Xáo tam phân được dùng chữa một số loại ung thư nhưng các nghiên cứu về tác động này còn hạn chế ở Việt Nam. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Khảo sát hoạt tính chống oxy hóa và độc tế bào ung thư gan người HepG2 in vitro của các cao phân đoạn từ rễ, thân Xáo tam phân. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Chiết nóng thân, rễ Xáo tam phân với ethanol 96%, thu cao, hòa trong ethanol 25%, lắc phân bố lỏng - lỏng, lần lượt thu các cao phân đoạn n-hexan, cloroform, ethyl acetat, nước. Các cao được khảo sát hoạt tính chống oxy hóa in vitro bằng phương pháp DPPH và định lượng MDA; hoạt tính gây độc tế bào ung thư gan người HepG2 bằng test MTT sau 72 giờ xử lý tế bào. Kết quả: Các cao thể hiện hoạt tính oxy hóa in vitro giảm dần theo thứ tự: cao cloroform, cao ethyl acetat > cao n-hexan > cao nước với phương pháp DPPH và thứ tự: cao n-hexan > cao cloroform > cao ethyl acetat > cao nước với phương pháp định lượng MDA. Chỉ có các cao phân đoạn n-hexan, cloroform từ rễ Xáo tam phân thể hiện hoạt tính độc tế bào HepG2 sau 72 giờ xử lý tế bào với IC50 lần lượt là 36,76 µg/ml và 40,73 µg/ml; các cao phân đoạn từ thân và cao phân đoạn phân cực từ rễ không thể hiện hoặc thể hiện hoạt tính độc tế bào HepG2 yếu ở các nồng độ khảo sát. Kết luận: Các phân đoạn kém phân cực của rễ, thân Xáo tam phân thể hiện hoạt tính chống oxy và độc tế bào HepG2 in vitro mạnh hơn các phân đoạn phân cực
Mục tiêu: Khảo sát các yếu tố liên quan đến tình trạng thiếu Viatmin D tại phòng khám Lão khoa bệnh viện E. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 203 bệnh nhân. Các bệnh nhân được đánh giá tình trạng thiếu vitamin D và các yếu tố liên quan. Kết quả: 92,6% bệnh nhân có thiếu vitamin D. Tình trạng thiếu Vitamin D ở nữ giới (97,2%) cao hơn nam giới (82,0%), (p < 0,05). Độ tuổi khác nhau có tỷ lệ thiếu Vitamin D khác nhau (p > 0,05). Bệnh nhân ở nông thôn có tỷ lệ thiếu vitamin D (100%) lớn hơn bệnh nhân ở thành thị (92,1%), (p > 0,05). Bệnh nhân có nồng độ Canxi giảm hoặc và tăng có tỷ lệ thiếu vitamin D (100,0%) cao hơn nhóm bệnh nhân có nồng độ Canxi bình thường (91,9%), (p > 0,05). Kết luận: Giới tính có liên quan đến tình trạng thiếu Vitamin D. Chưa thấy mối liên quan giữa tình trạng thiếu Vitamin D với độ tuổi, nơi ở và nồng độ Canxi trong máu.
Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng tuân thủ điều trị của người bệnh ĐTĐ type 2 ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện tỉnh Quảng Ninh năm 2016.
Phương pháp: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 198 NB ĐTĐ type 2 ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện tỉnh Quảng Ninh từ tháng 4 đến tháng 10 năm 2016.
Kết quả: tỉ lệ người bệnh có kiến thức đạt về bệnh và tuân thủ điều trị chiếm 66,7%, tuy vậy vẫn còn đến 33,3% có kiến thức chưa đạt. Tỷ lệ NB tuân thủ chế độ ăn: 58,1%; hoạt động thể lực: 66,7%; thuốc: 69,2% ; kiểm tra đường huyết tại nhà và tái khám định kì: 26,8%. TTĐT cả 4 yếu tố là 5,1%.
Kết luận: Tỉ lệ tuân thủ điều trị ngoại trú của người bệnh ĐTĐ type 2 tại Bệnh viện tỉnh Quảng Ninh còn ở mức thấp. Vì vậy cần có những biện pháp để hỗ trợ để người bệnh tuân thủ điều trị tốt hơn trong thời gian tới nhằm nâng cao chất lượng cuộc sống.
