This paper employs a two-stage method to the spare parts supplier evaluation problem and the order quantity allocation problem. In the first stage, we integrated approaches of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and information entropy to evaluate the suppliers. In the second stage, the alternative suppliers’ weight scores obtained in the first stage are used as coefficients of the objective functions in a linear programming model. The model is developed to determine the optimal order quantity from the suppliers with consideration of the suppliers’ capacities and the buyer’s quality requirements of the products and service. A numerical example about the typical spare parts - ingot mold purchasing in an iron & steel company is presented to illustrate the approach proposed finally
Abstract. This paper presents a disruption scheduling model for an environment of proportional two-machine no-wait flow shop. To achieve the objects of minimization of weighted sum of makespan and minimization of weighted sum of tardiness, we introduce a revised PSO algorithm which is designed with a neighborhood search structure. According to the experiment, the effectivity of the method proposed is proven.
This paper studies the analysis technique for complex antenna structures considering non-probabilistic uncertainty parameters. A method, which combines the interval matrix perturbation algorithm with the interval truncation algorithm, is proposed to analyze the distorted interval information for complex structures. Through the analysis of relative uncertainty of interval parameters, the criterion to determine the interval truncation factor is obtained. Two numerical examples, including a truss structure and a complex reflector antenna structure, show that the method is rational and feasible.
This paper presents an electromechanical coupled analysis for a single proof-mass one-axis capacitive accelerometer to supply a reference of design specification for subsequent readout circuit. Considering electrostatic force effect, the displacement of proof mass based on dynamic principle is calculated. Then the output of differential capacitive interface is simulated. It indicates that this accelerometer has a sensitivity of 2.09mV/G and capacitance change of 0.31fF.
The information fusion of production、process and capacity is the key problem to coordinate and integrate enterprise manufacturing resource. For the feature of enterprise manufacturing resource, this article proposed the data management method of steel enterprise manufacturing resource which is based on the BOMR model, this method made the relational structure of "production-process-capacity" as the core, constructed data model and relationship matrix according to different stages of production. According to the result of application in enterprise, this method overcame the asymmetric information when traditional BOM、BOC used separately, provided data integrating framework for the management of steel enterprise resource.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
