Cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ 4 (CMCN 4.0) đã ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến các ngành, lĩnh vực của đời sống kinh tế, văn hóa xã hội, trong đó có lĩnh vực Du lịch. CMCN 4.0 sẽ góp phần làm đa dạng hóa các sản phẩm du lịch, tăng thêm sức hấp dẫn của du lịch. Đồng thời, cũng đặt ra yêu cầu đối với các địa phương trong chiến lược phát triển du lịch trở thành ngành kinh tế mũi nhọn. Trong bối cảnh đó, tỉnh Thái Nguyên cũng đã chủ động có những thay đổi trong lĩnh vực du lịch và đào tạo nguồn nhân lực để đáp ứng nhu cầu của CMCN 4.0.Dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu về thực trạng nguồn nhân lực du lịch tỉnh Thái Nguyên, nhóm tác giả đánh giá những ưu điểm cũng như những hạn chế cần khắc phục, từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo nguồn nhân lực, cung cấp cho thị trường nguồn nhân lực du lịch năng động, sang tạo, chuyên nghiệp, có tay nghề cao, tạo cơ sở quyết định cho sự thành công của mục tiêu phát triển ngành du lịch tỉnh Thái Nguyên nói riêng, và của Việt Nam nói chung.
Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng kiến thức, thực hành giám sát (GS) bệnh truyền nhiễm (BTN) của cán bộ y tế (CBYT) tuyến xã và huyện tại huyện Vĩnh Thạnh, tỉnh Bình Định năm 2022.
Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, phỏng vấn định lượng 66 CBYT bằng bộ câu hỏi cấu trúc, thời gian từ tháng 1 - tháng 10 năm 2022 tại huyện Vĩnh Thạnh, tỉnh Bình Định.
Kết quả và kết luận: Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy 66,67% CBYT có kiến thức chung về GS BTN đạt yêu cầu, trong đó kiến thức về hình thức quản lý dữ liệu, thu thập số liệu BTN đều đạt trên 92,31%; thấp nhất ở nội dung thời gian báo cáo tuần (30,30%). Về thực hành, 62,12% CBYT đạt yêu cầu chung, trong đó các nội dung thực hành tốt bao gồm thực hiện báo cáo (trên 90%), thu thập số liệu, thông tin trường hợp bệnh (trên 85%), các hoạt động thực hiện còn thấp bao gồm phân tích dữ liệu, đánh giá nguy cơ nhận định tình hình và đề xuất giải pháp (33,33- 60%).
