This study aims to determine macroeconomic factors such as interest rates, inflation, exchange rates, gross domestic product, and world gold prices in the Jakarta Islamic Index. This study uses time series data for 2015-2017. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study show that interest rates and exchange rates have negative effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index. While the world gold price looks positiveeffect towards the Jakarta Islamic Index. Meanwhile, the GDP does not oppose the Jakarta Islamic Index. R2adj value of 0.781 which shows the variation of the Jakarta Islamic Index can explain the factors of interest rates, exchange rates, world gold prices, the exchange rate and GDP of 78.1%. For investors who want to invest their capital in Indonesia, pay more attention to macro economic factors and approve selected instruments based on sharia, the main sharia capital market can make JII as a reference
<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi Bank Pembanguna Daerah (BPD) di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari 26 BPD yang tercatat pada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Assosiasi Bank Pembangunan Daerah (ASBANDA) sampai akhir tahun 2013. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode non parametrik dengan pendekatan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) asumsi VRS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi Bank Pembangunan Daerah Seluruh Indonesia menunjukkan belum seluruhnya mencapai efisien dengan rata-rata tingkat efisiesni sebesar 93,2%. Sebanyak 12 Bank dari 26 BPD seluruh Indonesia telah mencapai efisiensi 100%. Sedangkan 14 BPD lainnya tidak efisien (< 100%) dalam menjalankan operasionalnya. Bank Jateng merupakan BPD yang memiliki tingkat efisiensi terendah yaitu 78,6%. Beban suku bunga merupakan penyebab dari sebagian besar BPD tidak efisien. Oleh karena itu BPD dapat melakukan langkah perbaikan efisiensi dengan meninjau kembali kebijakan suku bunga dan meningkatkan penyaluran kredit agar input yang dikeluarkan sesuai dengan outputnya dengan mengacu pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah yang telah mencapai efisien.</p><p>This reaseach aims at analizing the efficiency rate of Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) in Indonesia. The rest of the banks are not efficient in operating the bank. As a matter of fact, Bank Jateng is one of BPDs which has the lowest efficiency, 78%. The interest burdens becomes the main factor that cause the inefficiency of BPDs, so that, they should review the policies of interests and increase lending. The decline in performance has become a serious problem for many companies; due to the low level of performance is a measure that can be used as an indication of a fundamental problem in the company. This has led to increasingly fierce competition between companies. Leadership is an important aspect that can affect the performance of employees with employee discipline as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of employees with employee discipline as an intervening variable. Samples from this study are as many as 132 people out of a population of 132 employees. The sampling method using Census Sampling. Analysis of data using Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression Models and Sobel Test. The results showed leadership and discipline positive impact and significant on employee performance, leadership positive effect and significant on employee discipline and leadership positive effect and significant on employee performance through employee discipline.
This study aims at analyzing the willingness to pay (WTP) of the visitors in Bird Watching Ecotourism in Lake Meno and the factors that influence the WTP value. The research is located in Gili Meno. The method used is quantitative method. The total samples are 38 obtained by accidental sampling. The procedure of analysis used the Contingent Valuation Method and Logit Model. The results showed that in the samples there are 27 people (77.14%) who are willing to pay (dominated by foreign tourists) and eight people (22.86%) who are not willing to pay with various reasons. The average value of WTP that can be proposed as a reference of environmental service is Rp 39,189.
The increasing trend in the halal industry is one of the growth factors of sharia banking, but the increase in sharia banking growth is also accompanied by an increase in financing issued by sharia banks that can affect the financial performance of sharia banks. The high risk of financing and the weak fulfillment of the quality of Islamic bank human resources resulted in the performance of Islamic banks always below conventional banks. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital, non-performance financing, Islamic social reporting and Islamic performance index on the financial performance of Islamic banking. The data was taken purposively from Islamic banking companies registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2014-2018 period. Multiple linear regression analysis has been used to analyze the data in this study. The results showed that Non-Permofance Financing (NPF) had a negative effect on the financial performance of Islamic Banks. Whereas Intellectual Capital as measured by Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC), Islamic Social Reporting, and Islamicity Performance Index has no effect on Islamic bank finance. .
