Este estudio tiene como propósito determinar de qué manera la gestión de suministro de productos médicos esenciales tiene relación con calidad de servicio en un hospital público de Trujillo, 2022. Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo: diseño no experimental, explicativo, correlacional y transversal. La muestra cuantitativa conformó 40 colaboradores: Químicos farmacéutico, técnicos en farmacias, auxiliar en farmacia, técnico administrativo e informático, se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta con dos cuestionarios validados y confiables tipo Likert; se procesó empleando el software IBM SPSS-V26 y se presentó en categorías. El resultado arroja que, la gestión de suministro de productos médicos esenciales está representada por el 45.0% su nivel es regular, el 27.5% su nivel es eficiente y el 27.5% su nivel es deficiente, y la calidad de servicio está representada por el 55.0% nivel regular, el 30.0% nivel adecuado y el 15.0% nivel inadecuado. Se concluye que la gestión de suministro tiene relación con calidad de servicio con nivel de Sig. (p<0.05) p=0.000 y mediante valor de Rho=0.968
