A review is presented on the recent research activities in Japan in the field of reactor noise analysis. It covers six selected areas: nonlinear stochastic theory and identification of nonlinearity in nuclear reactor dynamics, structural identification via reactor noise analysis, autoregressive model and contraction of information, knowledge-based support system for reactor noise analysis and diagnosis, reactor noise analysis benchmark tests and application of noise analysis to BWR plant diagnosis.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
