Total splenectomy is a good option for diagnosis and treatment of splenic metastases. It offers, perhaps, a further chance of prolonged survival. We report a case of isolated splenic metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer. Thirteen months after the splenectomy and chemotherapy, the patient remains in complete remission.
