O politraumatismo caracteriza-se em múltiplas lesões causadas ao corpo por forças externas, de natureza física ou química (impactos ou queimaduras). Entre elas podemos citar quedas, acidentes de trânsito, atropelamentos, ferimentos por armas de fogo, entre outras. Com isso, esse estudo teve como objetivo fazer uma revisão de literatura sobre a importância do papel da enfermagem ao paciente politraumatizado. Foi realizada uma revisão de literatura sistemática de natureza básica, qualitativa tendo como método a análise de conteúdo já elaborado através da base de Dados de Enfermagem, Scielo, LILACS, coleciona SUS, MEDLINE e CUMED. Foram selecionados 22 artigos que melhor se adequaram ao tema. A literatura destaca o conhecimento técnico-cientifico e a busca por qualificação profissional do enfermeiro. Esse estudo possibilitou identificar a importância do enfermeiro e sua equipe, na assistência ao paciente politraumatizado. suas competências vão além do técnico-cientifico-assistencial, envolve aspectos da humanização, relações pessoais e Interprofissionalidade, fatores que vão contribuir para uma assistência qualificada. Cabe ao enfermeiro ações educativas para toda a população e a coordenação de sua equipe, com a finalidade de reduzir traumas e sequelas.
Characterize the relationship between the caregiver and the elderly person and the role of the pastoral agent in caring for the elderly and the family relationship. Descriptive-exploratory study, with a qualitative approach, applied through an interview script to 26 Community Pastoral Agents, 18 agents from the Pastoral da Pessoa Idosa (PPI) and 08 from the Pastoral da Saúde (PS). The results were worked on from the perspective of content analysis in two stages: Organization of information arranged in a database in Excel Spreadsheet and Classification of data by Categorical Content Analysis. The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of ''Universidade Estadual do Amazonas'' under CAAE number: 13352019.1.0000.5016. The role of the pastoral agent converges to qualified listening, family relationships and guidance to the elderly, caregivers and family members regarding care for the elderly. The caregiver needs to know how to listen. This caregiver role is developed mostly by family members who also need to have their demands and anxieties effectively heard. The guidelines provided by pastoral agents during home visits can contribute positively to promoting the health of both.
This study aimed to investigate the epidemiology of acute cases of Chagas disease notified in the State of Amazonas between the period from 2010 to 2020. Data were obtained from the portal of the Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação- SINAN, considering the number of cases per municipality of notification. 140 cases of Acute Chagas Disease were notified, distributed in 23 of the 62 municipalities of the State of Amazonas, 82 (59%) were male individuals, with a greater predominance in the age group of 20-39 years old, having 45 (32.1%) cases. As for the race/color variable, the highest number was among brown people with 101 (72.1%) notifications. The oral route prevailed as the main form of disease transmission with 93 (66.4%) records. Infection by the oral route of T. cruzi is the most important route of transmission of CD in the State of Amazonas, the occurrence of transmission is associated in most cases with the consumption of foods such as açaí juice and has been reported frequently over the years between municipalities.
