AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan penilaian kognitif berbasis Kurikulum 2013 di kelas V MI Sabilul Ulum Mayonglor Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini melibatkan informan penelitian dan data lain berupa dokumen-dokumen seperti LKS (Lembar Kerja Siswa) serta data yang berbentuk softfile yang meliputi nilai (UH) ulangan harian, dan ulangan akhir melalui scrennshote ARD (Aplikasi Raport Digital). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang di jelaskan dalam tiga tahapan: 1) Reduksi data, 2) Penyajian data, dan 3) Penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh temuan bahwa pelaksanaan penilaian kognitif berbasis Kurikulum 2013 di kelas V MI Sabilul Ulum Mayonglor menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kognitif di MI Sabiul Ulum Mayonglor telah dilaksanakan pada semua mata pelajaran yang tergabung dalam pembelajaran tematik seperti PPKn, Bahasa Indonesia, IPA, IPS dan SBdP. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa 1 dari 6 pelaksanaan penilaian kognitif yang termasuk kedalam kriteria pelaksanaan penilaian kategori Cukup baik disemua mata pelajaran yaitu Nilai Akhir (NA) dengan pemerolehan skor 2.2. Hal ini berarti 19% pelaksanaan penilaian pada Nilai Akhir (NA) sudah melaksanakan penilaian kognitif sesuai dengan Standar Penilaian Kurikulum 2013. AbstractThis study attempts to described and analyze the implementation of the cognitive assessment based 2013 curriculum in the class V. This research in research with a qualitative approach descriptive. The data in this research involving informants research and other data in the form of documents as worksheets students as well as data shaped soft file covering the daily test and at the end of through screenshots rapport digital applications. Data analysis in this research using analysis interactive model and qualitative data in detail Huberman miles in three stages: 1) data reduction 2)data display and 3) the conclusion drawing and verification. Based on the results of the analysis obtained the finding that the implementation of the cognitive-based curriculum 2013 in class V shows that assessments by cognitive which was carried out on all the subjects of the learning of the thematic basis as ppkn, Bahasa Indonesia, science, social science, and SBdP. The assessment shows that 1 of 6 cognitive assessment is part of the assessment criteria category good enough all these subjects the final score with 2.2 acquisition score. This means the end is 19 % assessment final scores have been carried out in accordance with the cognitive assessment standards 2013 curriculum
