A service although can be counted satisfy to patient but the aplication do not according to the ethical code and atandart, it is not a quality service. It is, therefore very important the role of nursing care is very important the affect the patient's satisfaction. The purpose of research know is to the relationship of quality nursing care to the level of satisfaction of hospitalized patients at the department of Irina A Prof Dr R D Kandou Manado. The study design is using observational analytic cross-sectional approach. The Population of the patients who cared at department of Irina A Prof Dr R D Kandou Manado with the average of 180 patients a month. Sixtyvive samples were used in this research . The data is processed by using univariate and bivariate chi square calculations. The results show the relationship of quality nursing care to inpatient satisfaction majority of good quality (58.5%) and poor (41.5%) and to the satisfaction of the majority of the patients were less satisfied (50.8%) and the satisfied (49.2%). As a Conclusion, there is a significant correlation between the quality of nursing care with the patient satisfaction and quality of serviceis assumed as good. As a suggestion the quality of nursing care services of hospital management should be further enhance which can support the profesionalism of the nurses, so the patient satisfaction archieved can be maximized. Abstrak: Suatu pelayanan sekalipun di nilai dapat memuaskan pasien tetapi penyelenggaraannya tidak sesuai dengan kode etik dan standar bukanlah pelayanan yang bermutu. Oleh karena itu perawat sangat berperan penting dalan pelayanan keperawatan karena berpengaruh dengan kepuasan pasien. Tujuan penelitin mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Irina A RSUP Prof Dr R D Kandou Manado. Desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh pasien yang berada di ruang rawat inap Irina A RSUP Prof Dr R D Kandou Manado dengan rata-rata pasien per bulan sebanyak 180. Sampel penelitian 65 pasien. Data diolah secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan perhitungan chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap mayoritas kuaitas pelayanan keperawatan yang baik (58,5%) dan yang kurang baik (41,5%) dan untuk kepuasan mayoritas pasien kurang puas (50,8%) dan yang puas (49,2%). Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien dan kualitas pelayanannya sudah baik. Saran pihak manajemen rumah sakit hendaknya lebih meningkatkan lagi kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang dapat menunjang profesionalitas seorang perawat sehingga tingkat kepuasan pasien bisa maksimal. Background. Anxiety is a problem that often occurs in the preparation of cataract surgery patients in the hospital. In some cases the surgery is delayed due to patient anxiety. This study aims to determine the effect of education on patient anxiety in the preparation of the implementation of cataract surgery in the Eye Hospital of North Sulawesi Province. Method: This research is an experimental study using a One Group Pretest-Posttest design to compare patient anxiety before and after education. The number of samples used is 27 people obtained using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by filling out the questionnaire and then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results: The data showed that the anxiety of patients before being given education was 88.9% having moderate anxiety, 88.9% and after being given the greatest education (59.2% category of mild anxiety. Statistical test results showed there were differences in anxiety between before and after provided education to patients with cataract surgery preparations, with a P-value = 0,000 (α <0.05) Conclusion: there is an influence of education on patient anxiety in the preparation of cataract surgery at the North Sulawesi Province Eye Hospital. It is expected that patients before surgery need to be given education or information clearly so that patients do not feel anxious in the operation.
Supervision is an act of direct observations and periodically by the supervisor of the work performed by subordinates and then if there are any problems, immediately given guidance or assistance that is directly in order to cope. Satisfaction is a person's emotional response to the work he does. Job satisfaction is also inseparable from the role of the various parties, and one of them is the role of supervision. Aim for the head room supervision relationship is known to nurse satisfaction in hospitals implementing Liunkendage Tahuna. The study design is observational analytic cross-sectional approach. The population of the entire nurse practitioner working in eight wards in hospitals Liunkendage Tahuna. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data processed through the analysis of univariate and bivariate Chi Square. The results obtained by the analysis of the probability (p) = 0.001 <α (0.05). Conclusion, the relationship supervision chief nurse executive room with satisfaction. Advice, For the hospital in order to make improvements to the quality of head room to be included in the training and special education for the head of the room. Abstrak: Supervisi merupakan tindakan pengamatan secara langsung dan berkala oleh atasan terhadap pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan oleh bawahan untuk kemudian apabila ditemukan masalah, segera diberikan petunjuk atau bantuan yang bersifat langsung guna mengatasinya. Kepuasan merupakan suatu respons emosional seseorang terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukannya. Kepuasan kerja ini juga tidak terlepas dari peranan berbagai pihak, dan salah satunya merupakan peran dari supervisi. Tujuan untuk diketahui hubungan supervisi kepala ruangan dengan kepuasan perawat pelaksana di RSUD Liunkendage Tahuna. Desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yaitu seluruh perawat pelaksana yang bekerja di delapan ruang rawat inap di RSUD Liunkendage Tahuna. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data diolah secara univariat dan bivariat melalui analisis Chi Square. Hasil analisis diperoleh probabilitas (p)= 0.001 < α (0,05). Kesimpulan, adanya hubungan supervisi kepala ruangan dengan kepuasan perawat pelaksana. Saran, Bagi pihak rumah sakit agar dapat melakukan peningkatan mutu kepala ruangan dengan diikut sertakan pada pelatihan dan pendidikan khusus bagi kepala ruangan. Background: Social development is a process of learning to adjust to group norms, morals and traditions, to merge into one entity and to communicate and work together. A toddler who experiences delays in social personal development can have unfavorable effects on a child's self-concept, causing problems with his behavior and emotions. Several studies have shown that role playing can improve the social development of preschoolers. Aims : To evaluate the effects of role playing on social development in preschoolers in kindergarten. Joint Work to Build Matanga Village. Method: The research design used was Quasi Experiment with a type of pre-test and post-test control time design group with 30 respondents. Previously, this study carried out initial data collection (pre-test) to determine the level of social development of children. Furthermore, after treatment is given, the final data is collected (post-test). The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling with research instruments using observation sheets of child development tasks in the form of a checklist. Results: Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to determine significant differences before and after being treated in the experimental and control groups, with the results obtained p value = 0.001 (<0.05). Conclusion: Playing an effective role on social development in preschool children. Role playing is not only done by teaching staff but can also be done by health workers to improve the social development of preschoolers.
One indicator of bad good health services is reflected in the language of quality emergency services at installations. Destination of this research was done to know the nurses knowledge and do get help basic life support to humans. The design of this research is cross sectional study. The sample are 40 respondents,the data intake tecnique was by questionnaires and observation directly conducted nurses on midget. The experiment result hipotesis using Fisher’s Exac Test with level of mistake 0,05% and level of confidence 95% so ρ value 0,01 < 0,05, Ha is accepted. Concluded that knowledge nurses nem article ability to get help equity living in emergency in, initial studies were categorized less. Recommendation : Develope knowledge of nursing about getting help during equity life education, required the exercise of the well’s method of analysis laboratory skills tu produce nurses able to perform in sequence and appropriate resucitation. Hasil uji Fisher’s Exack Test didapatkan nilai P = 0,001 yang berarti lebih kecil dari a = 0,05 dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan perawat dengan kemampuan melakukan bantuan hidup dasar pada orang dewasa.
