Kata Kunci: Asuhan Kefarmasian, Aplikasi Android, Brief Counseling, Hipertensi, Modul Hypertension cases in South Kalimantan tend to increase every year, Cardiovascular risk may be high in hypertension with risk factors. Based on our previous research, it is known that the 5A modified brief counseling given by pharmacists to hypertensive patients can improve patient behavior, compliance and therapeutic outcomes. Currently, there are no pharmaceutical counseling guidelines for hypertension in the form of practical applications in the digital era. The purpose of this research is (1) produce pharmaceutical counseling module design, (2) determine the validity and practicality of module pharmaceutical counseling, (3) generating design protototype pharmaceutical counseling application for android-based hypertension. This study uses the approach that is stage-1: Preparation a systematic review to determine the content / content and systematics modules. In the second stage, the validity test was performed by 2 doctors and the practicality test of the module was carried out by 7 pharmacists using a questionnaire. The third stage is making a digital application prototype. This study is a research and development (Research and Development) with the Four-D models (4-D), which consists of four stages of development, ie define (definition), Design (design), Develop (development), Desseminate (deployment). The results showed that the counseling module developed had valid criteria where each statement item had an index of more than 0.8. Based on practical aspects are in the medium category, but its value is almost nearing where the whole point statement obtained from an average value of 0.78. The conclusion from the validity of this module is in the high category and is used practically by pharmacists. The applications of pharmaceutical counseling for hypertension are divided into two main applications. The first web-based application to manage patient data. The second is an android-based application to facilitate counselors in the analysis of the condition of the patient.
