Nos achados radiológicos, são observadas descontinuidades da margem óssea entre o canal semicircular superior e o líquor da fossa média. Conclusões: Portanto, o zumbido está relacionado à deiscência óssea dos canais semicirculares, porém não é um sinal patognomônico dessa patologia. Na vigência de zumbido, é necessário prosseguir a investigação por imagem, para o melhor diagnóstico.
