Quality of service is used as a means to achieve competitive advantage. Inimproving the quality of services will lead to a likely customer loyalty and attractnew customers. The city of Palembang introduced the concept of Bus Rapid Transit(BRT). A form of mass transportation by combining the passenger-oriented station.Underlying issue in this research is "how influence service quality to passengersatisfaction BRT services Transmusi Palembang?" Aims to identify and analyze theeffect of service quality on customer satisfaction. The approach used in this study isa survey and descriptive research type on 100 respondents. To test this study usingmultiple regression and t test and F test The results showed that the quality ofservice seen from the 5 dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness,Assurance and Empathy simultaneously and Persia significant effect on customersatisfaction Transmusi BRT services. Responsiveness is the dimension of servicequality is the most dominant in influencing customer satisfaction.

Abstract:The Effect of Emotional Intelligence Against Student Achievement aims to Determine the effect of emotional intelligence the which consists of self-awareness, self-management, Motivation, social awareness, relationship management partially and simultaneously on learning achievement. Respondents are students of SMP Negeri 4 Lalan Great Earth Village Banyuasin Regency to be 135 people. Methods of analysis of data using regression analysis techniques. Partial assay results (t-test) Showed emotional intelligence consists of self-awareness, self-management, Motivation, social awareness, relationship management and significant positive effect on learning achievement. Simultaneous Test Results (Test-F) emotional intelligence consists of self-awareness, self-management, motivation, social awareness, relationship management and significant positive effect on learning achievement. Social awareness is the more dominant influence on learning achievement.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of service quality and tax sanctions on service satisfaction and its implementation on compliance to pay personal vehicle tax. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as tools of analysis. The result shows that service quality affects service satisfaction, and it implies compliance with the personal vehicle tax payable compliance. Besides that, the tax sanctions affect service satisfaction, and it implies compliance with paying personal vehicle tax. Tax sanctions are a prevention tool for violations committed by taxpayers, If Service Satisfaction fails to meet expectations, and taxpayers will feel dissatisfied. If Service Satisfaction is in line with expectations, taxpayers will feel satisfied. If Service Satisfaction exceeds expectations, taxpayers will be very satisfied.JEL Classification: K34, M31

LPKA Palembang provides services to the community in the form of coaching in the fields of education, skills training, community guidance, and alleviation, services for Andikpas visits and complaints, remission submission services, assimilation, and other submissions especially to support alleviation programs such as the Conditional Leave (CB) program, Leaving Towards Free (CMB), and Parole (PB). To provide the best convenience and quality in providing services, a system is needed that can not only be used to submit and process service data online, but also can integrate service data so that it can be more easily accessed anytime and anywhere. The system created is an electronic dashboard or e-dashboard that can present data visually so that it is easily understood by readers. This study aims to build a prototype that can provide an overview of the e-dashboard system to be built. From the prototype evaluation, user feedback can be obtained which can be used to build an actual e-dashboard system so that it can reduce deviations from the system being built. The stages in this research are planning, designing, building, and evaluating the prototype. The results of this study are the development of e-Dashboard prototype that had been tested by 80% of LPKA Class I Palembang employees. The developed prototype has features that almost meet user needs because the system development is based on a quick analysis of the needs of future e-Dashboard users.

Analisis Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai di PT. Bank BPR Palembang yang berjumlah 48 orang dilakukan secara sensus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh Organization Citizenship Behavior dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan. Menggunakan Analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Hasil penelitian menunjukan Organization Citizenship Behavior dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Prestasi Kerja pada Karyawan PT. Bank BPR Palembang. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada Karyawan PT. Bank BPR Palembang.
