RESUMO: O transtorno do espectro autista (TEA) é uma alteração neurológica cognitiva-comportamental possuindo uma clínica variada. Geralmente surge nos primeiros anos de vida e causa alterações na comunicação, na interação social e no comportamento. A falta de troca de olhares, do sorriso social, a preferência por objetos e atividades repetitivas além de dificuldade na fala são manifestações clínicas que variam conforme o fenótipo do paciente. Objetivou-se evidenciar a importância da atuação multiprofissional para o diagnóstico e terapêutica de crianças com transtorno do espectro autista. Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa da literatura com abordagem qualitativa, com buscas na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde e Scientific Electronic Library Online. O estudo traz informações coletadas em 18 publicações científicas que abordam o transtorno do espectro autista e como ocorre o manejo dessa condição por diferentes profissionais.A abordagem multidisciplinar tem resultados positivos no prognóstico e tratamento precoce de crianças portadoras do Transtorno do Espectro Autista contribuindo com o desenvolvimento cognitivo-comportamental e social. A atuação de uma equipe multidisciplinar contribui para melhoria na qualidade de vida de crianças autistas possibilitando o neurodesenvolvimento, socialização e autonomia.
A insuficiência cardíaca (IC) consiste em uma síndrome em que o coração apresenta sua capacidade de enchimento ou ejeção dos ventrículos diminuída. A deficiência de ferro está comumente associada a IC e vem sendo evidenciada como um fator de pior prognóstico. O objetivo desse estudo consiste em avaliar os pacientes acometidos por insuficiência cardíaca quanto à suplementação de ferro endovenoso em comparação com a não suplementação (ou placebo). Nesta revisão sistemática, realizou-se uma busca bibliográfica nas bases de dados eletrônicas Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, Portal de Periódicos Capes e SciSearch. Foram utilizados os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS) Insuficiência Cardíaca, Anemia ferropriva e Deficiência de Ferro. O Sistema GRADE foi utilizado para avaliar a qualidade de evidência dos artigos analisados, tendo sido incluído 11 Estudos Clínicos Randomizados que abrangem 5 nacionalidades. Os pacientes sintomáticos e diagnosticados com IC associada à Anemia Ferropriva apresentaram melhoras nos desfechos primários na escala da auto avaliação global e na classe funcional da New York Heart Association (NYHA) ao receberem reposição de ferro endovenoso quando comparado aos que receberam placebo. Além disso, não houve melhoras significativas nos pacientes quanto ao tratamento por ferro oral. Assim, conclui-se que a anemia tem repercussões importantes aos pacientes acometidos a IC, estando relacionada a um pior prognóstico. Logo, faz-se necessária a suplementação de ferro endovenoso para melhoria dos sintomas e da qualidade de vida, devendo ser acompanhada por especialistas devido às possíveis reações adversas que podem vir a aparecer.
