Goal: The growing complexity of problems induces the use of multi- and interdisciplinary approaches in their solution. This situation occurs in a number of fields, including in the field of Education. The results of research from the interdisciplinary point of view in Education are presented in several journals, addressing different subjects, which prevents a holistic view on the development of this area. In order to fill this gap, this article aims to study interdisciplinarity in education in order to understand how the concept of interdisciplinarity has been applied in this area. Design / Methodology / Approach: It consists of a bibliographical survey, with articles indexed in the SCOPUS database. The selection of articles was limited to a transversal research in the literature from 2014 to 2018, using the following keywords: interdisciplinarity and higher education. Limitations of the investigation: Through the methodology used, 60 articles were selected. Results: Few articles were related to interdisciplinary practices, demonstrating the need for research to cover this gap. Practical implications: Although the subject began in the 1970s, there is still much to be researched regarding interdisciplinarity in education, to allow a better dissemination and practice thereof, so that students have a systemic view of current complexity. Originality/ Value: The study points out a gap in the literature, and the quantitative results suggest that there is a greater deficiency of works directed to the application of the interdisciplinary approach in the development of this aspect for the improvement of society.
There is a lack on the research of sustainability reporting by the higher education institutions, being in its early stages. The paper aims to add to the discussion on sustainability reporting in higher education institutions by identifying which themes are prioritized by authors in this field. The authors conducted systematic review to investigate abstracts using VOSViewer to generate co-authorship networks maps and Iramuteq software to generate Lexicographic analysis, Descending Hierarchical Classification and Correspondence Factor Analysis. Then we analysis the results identifying the main themes addressed by the articles. In this study we covered 50 abstracts from 2016 to 2020 about sustainability reporting in higher education institutions from SCOPUS and Web of Science platforms. The research is limited by the number of publications analyzed, and time frame. In this research, we find that the disclosure of sustainability reporting by HEIs is in its initial stage and diverges in a considerable way from each other. The results may be used by researchers, on account of the key themes presented and by the university's administrative bodies, in order to support the credibility of the sustainability reports published.In this context, the research questions were outlined: (Q1) How are recent publications on sustainability reporting in higher education institutions? Destaques: este artigo tem como objetivo identificar e analisar os indicadores de mensuração de qualidade utilizados pela Universidade Corporativa do Banco do Brasil.Objetivo: verificar se esses indicadores contribuem para alavancar a educação e o conhecimento essenciais para o sistema de treinamento corporativo.Metodologia: estudo exploratório e documental desenvolvido por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura para fundamento da pesquisa até o ano de 2017.Resultados: de posse dos dados referentes aos indicadores analisados e mensurados no estudo de caso, percebeu-se que, embora tenham evoluído para aprimorar a forma de disseminar os conhecimentos necessários para alavancar a vantagem competitiva, ainda não existe um método adequado de mensurar os resultados das universidades corporativas, em razão das dificuldades nas etapas apresentadas pelo Kirkipatrick e Retorno sobre o investimento (Return on investment – ROI).Limitações da investigação: para a revisão de literatura, o estudo utiliza-se dos seguintes recursos: material publicado em periódicos na base Scopus, livros, artigos científicos; dissertações; teses; redes eletrônicas, isto é, material acessível ao público em geral e que fornece instrumental analítico.Implicações práticas: pelo fato de o Banco do Brasil S.A. se tratar de uma instituição financeira constituída por uma sociedade mista, seu faturamento líquido pode ser resultado de seus produtos e não necessariamente do investimento realizado em seus colaboradores.Originalidade/Valor: por meio de uma investigação documental, o estudo aponta que existe uma lacuna na literatura sobre o tema avaliação de desempenho em universidades corporativas.
