En los últimos años, el marketing político ha obtenido un rol fundamental como herramienta para obtener resultados electorales exitosos. Los procesos de marketing político reúnen una serie de técnicas de investigación, planificación, gestión y comunicación. Sin embargo, para poder lograr diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing político con impacto positivo en la población es necesario la correcta obtención, gestión y análisis de la información. Uno de los mayores retos para obtener una base de conocimiento única es la heterogeneidad de fuentes de datos. Las tecnologías semánticas, en general, y las ontologías, en particular, permiten crear una base homogénea de información, sobre la que inferir conocimiento y realizar el análisis de datos. En este trabajo se presenta una ontología para el marketing político que servirá para crear una base de conocimiento eneste dominio.
In recent years, political marketing has obtained a fundamental role as a tool to obtain successful electoral results. Political marketing processes bring together a series of research, planning, management and communication techniques. However, in order to design and execute political marketing strategies with a positive impact on the population, it is necessary to obtain, manage and analyze the information correctly. One of the biggest challenges in obtaining a unique knowledge base is the heterogeneity of data sources. Semantic technologies, in general, and ontologies, in particular, allow creating a homogeneous base of information, on which to infer knowledge and perform data analysis. This work presents an ontology for political marketing that will serve to create a knowledge base in this domain.
