Asahan Regency is a national strategic area because it has superior sectors such as plantation, marine, agriculture, fisheries and industry. This caused a lot of waste to arise in Asahan Regency. One of the efforts made by the Department of Environment to reduce the volume of waste is to make the Waste Bank an innovative program of community-based waste management. The Waste Bank at the Environmental Service was given the name "Srikandi" which was still less effective and efficient. Because at this time the process is done manually. For that we need to design a system by implementing the waterfall method, which is a sequential software development process, where progress is seen as continuously flowing down (such as waterfalls) through the phases of planning, modeling, implementation (construction), and testing. Hunger by implementing the waterfall method and the C2C e-commerce model in designing and building the E-Recycle Bank system. As a result, the system will make it easier for "Srikandi" Waste Bank officers to manage waste data so as to produce more effective and efficient data, besides that it can also be used as a container for the promotion of waste recycling products for the Asahan Regency
In line with the development of the knowledge and technology are too fast, so it’s effect on increasing the media and other learning resources that are more practical. multimedia can be used as a choice of learning media to support interest because it’s more effective and practical to use. Based on observations on the MAS Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah Kisaran, the method or way the teacher teaches is still manual that is using books and then the teacher explains and is recorded directly by his students. This method seems monotonous and unappealing. So created an interactive educational media for the distribution of inheritance according to Islam based on multimedia using the Adobe Flash CS6 application. This learning media will be useful for providing information about the distribution of inheritance according to Islam to students and teachers at MAS Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah Kisaran. This application consist of various multimedia elements such as text, picture, sound, videos and other objects. So that this application will be more interesting and more effective to use. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada MAS Al Jam’iyatul WashliyahKisaran, metode atau cara guru mengajarkan masih manual yaitu menggunakan buku kemudian guru menerangkan dan dicatat langsung oleh muridnya. Metode ini terkesan monoton dan tidak menarik.Sehingga dibuat suatu Media Edukasi Interaktif Pembagian Harta Warisan Menurut Islam Berbasis Multimedia menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Flash CS6. Media pembelajaran ini akan berguna untuk memberikan informasi-informasi mengenai pembagian harta warisan menurut Islam kepada siswa/i serta guru di MAS Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah Kisaran. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari berbagai elemen-elemen multimedia seperti teks, gambar, suara, video dan objek-objek lainnya. Sehingga aplikasi ini akan lebih menarik dan lebih efektif untuk digunakan. The use of social media today is very large and has an impact on the social life of the wider community in line with the development of Information Technology. The existence of social media can certainly reduce human limitations in interacting and communicating with each other. One of the positive things about the use of social media is in conveying information quickly to the wider community, especially in advancing development in the region. The devotional activities are carried out in the form of socialization or delivering short materials followed by discussions where this activity aims to provide insights on the use of social media that is good and correct to provide benefits for its users. Participants in this activity are members of the community who are members of the Asahan Development Role Institute (LEPPAS). The result of this devotion activity is in the form of material understanding for the participants of activities that will be able to implement the role of social media in advancing regional development, especially in Asahan Regency.
The fisheries sector is a sector that is one of the factors that can support activities and the Indonesian economy. Fishery resources, especially those in the sea, are natural resources that are freely used by anyone. In carrying out fishing business in Asahan Regency, there has been a cycle of ups and downs from the last ten years, so that the fish supply is not in accordance with its needs. Besides that, it takes a long time to find out the number of fish according to the origin of the catch if there is no technique used. Because this cycle occurs in fish production, it is not yet known how much fish production in the coming year will meet their needs, whether it will increase or decrease, the Government and fishermen in Asahan must be able to take policies to get solutions to these problems. So we need a method to predict the number of fish catches in order to know the predictive value in the next period by using calculations to find the error value for each value using the Single Exponetial Smoothing (SES) method. The results of the study obtained a prediction of the number of fish, namely in the July 2022 period 676836.19 (Kg) with a MAPE value of 3.38%, which value was greater in May 2022 and smaller than June 2022, the Asahan District Fisheries Service must meet the number of fish. in stock of their needs
At present, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has developed so rapidly in various aspects of life, one of which is in the field of education. Computers are media that support the development of ICTs and as interactive multimedia-based learning facilities, so that users can absorb information quickly and efficiently. In addition, a new and more interesting and effective system of teaching and learning is needed which is very supportive in the quality and quality of teaching and learning. This research discusses the interactive learning media in chemistry lessons on atomic structure which is one of the teaching solutions for chemistry lessons for students in an easier and more enjoyable way. The problem faced here is how to design interactive learning media as one of the alternative learning media supporting the teaching and learning process in schools that is easily understood materially and makes it easier for students to see things or objects that are real. The form of this research is an interactive multimedia learning application using Adobe Flash CS6. The overall results achieved are expected to provide more value to help educators in providing material that is interesting, fun and easy to understand to improve student achievement.
