Supercapattery is a recently developed energy storage device that includes the properties of a supercapacitor and a rechargeable battery. A hydrothermal method is used to synthesize the sulfide-based materials. The structural morphology, elemental composition and electrochemical properties are measured using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Potentiostat system. The specific capacitance is enhanced up to 1964.2 F/g by making the composite with carbon nanotubes (CNTs), which is higher than the reference sample (MnS). In the case of a real device, the obtained value of specific capacity in MnS/CNTs//AC is 240 C/g which is much improved compared to the previously reported values. In a supercapattery device, an excellent energy density of 53.3 Wh/Kg and a high power density of 7995 W/kg are obtained. The stability of the device is measured up to 1000 cycles and achieved the specific capacity retention of 86% with columbic efficiency of 97%. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller [1] measurements confirm the improvement in surface area and electrochemical properties. Our results show that a 50/50 weight ratio of manganese sulfide and CNTs are more suitable and provide opportunities to design high-performance energy storage devices.
Objective: This investigation work aimed to find out the awareness and numerous perspectives towards the procedure of mensuration between ladies of fledgling age. Methodology: This descriptive investigation work carried out in Jinnah Hospital, Lahore and its remote areas from December 2017 to November 2018. The selection of the 500 ladies carried out from remote areas of hospital and students of this institute with the help of non-probability sampling method. Ladies present with the abnormalities in amenorrhea procedure or suffering from other gynecological problems were excluded from this investigation work. All the selected ladies were in their menstruating age regardless of their marriage and education stage. SPSS V. 22 was in use for the arithmetical exploration of the collected information. We recorded all the information of a well-organized Performa. Results: Out of total five hundred participants, 84.5% (n: 415) ladies stated that this procedure is beneficial for health; however, 18.5% (n: 85) felt that this incident was not healthy. Out of total five hundred ladies, 88.65% (n: 438) ladies regarded the procedure of amenorrhea as normal procedure, while 13.45% (n: 62) ladies thought this as God’s curse. Conclusion: Health education of the ladies particularly living in the rural areas is much necessary. Health education will prepare the ladies emotionally to face this procedure of amenorrhea with less adverse reactions. Faulty perception, un-acfactsment and unsecure practices about the procedure of amenorrhea are very common between ladies of fledgling age. Aim: Though standard laparoscopy has increasingly gained acceptance as the surgical therapy for ovarian cancer, decreasing laparoscopy sequence number remains a significant issue for bigger ovarian tumors. Thus, the goal of this review is to contrast the clinical results of solitary laparoscopy for eliminating large ovarian cysts (16 cm) to those of laparotomy and 3-port laparoscopy. Methods: Our current research included 96 individuals with large ovarian cysts (>16 cm) which had single-port, 3-port, or else laparotomy. Patients’ health records, perioperative surgical results, postoperatively score, and complications were all evaluated and discussed retrospectively. Our current research was conducted at Services Hospital Lahore from May 2020 to April 2021. Results: 1-port laparoscopy produced improved perioperative results and less postoperative discomfort compared to 3-port laparoscopy and laparotomy. The duration during process and waking up in the morning was significantly shorter in 1-port laparoscopy than in laparotomy and three-port laparoscopy (18.548.17 vs 28.428.58 vs 23.558.77, P0.02). The hospital admission was substantially lower in single-port laparoscopy set than in extra two sets (5.070.6 vs 6.472.64 vs 5.820.84, P0.002). Furthermore, single-port laparoscopy resulted in lower postoperative discomfort notches than laparotomy and 3-port laparoscopy. Conclusion: Single-port laparoscopy is indeed very secure and effective method for large ovarian cysts, only with benefits of the shorter surgery duration, less anticipated blood loss, a shorter hospital stays, a reduced spillage rate, and lesser postoperative discomfort. Purpose: The American College of Radiology Thyroid Imaging Effective Data Scheme contains suggestions for physicians who evaluate thyroid nodule sonographic exams. The goal of our current research is to evaluate ACR TI-RADS approach to 2 additional well-established standards. Methods: Considering 3500 thyroid nodules with pathological findings, ACR TI-RADS, Korean Academy of Thyroid Radiology also Data System, and American Thyroid Connotation standards remained examined. The substance, echogenicity, boundaries, hyperechoic foci, and size of lesions remained reviewed to determine if fine-needle evacuation before follow-up sonography would indeed be recommended whenever approach remained employed. For any and altogether nodules and nodules 1 cm or bigger, the biopsy return of aggressive results, the output of check-ups, in addition percentage of malevolent or benign nodules that could have been biopsied have been calculated. Results: According to ACR TI-RADS, KSThR TIRADS, in addition ATA criteria, part of nodules that could not have been diagnosed was 1%, 4.8 basis points, and 15.8 basis points, correspondingly. For nodules examined using ACR TI-RADS, KSThR TIRADS, in addition to ATA standards, biopsy product of malignancies remained 15.3 percent, 11.3 percent, and 12.1 percent, accordingly. The proportion of malignant nodules which were biopsied was 69.3 percent for the ACR TI-RADS, 76.5 percent for KSThR TIRADS, and 76.8 percent for the ATA recommendations, however, but percentage of benign tumors that will remain biopsied or investigated stayed 87.3 percent for ACR TI-RADS. For ACR TI-RADS, KSThR TIRADS, in addition to ATA standards, proportion of benign nodules that could have been biopsied remained 48.3 percent, 77.8 basis points, and 79.2 percent, accordingly. For ACR TI-RADS, percent of kind nodules that could also remain biopsied or tracked remained 67.3 percent. Conclusion: Whenever opposed to other well-established recommendations, the ACR TI-RADS succeeds well. Keywords: American College of Radiology Thyroid Imaging, thyroid nodule sonographic
The transport infrastructure contributes substantially to the state economy. Parking is an essential component of the transportation system. This essential component causes some major problems that are created by the increasing vehicle traffic. Some of the issues related to parking are congestion, delay, accident, pollution etc. It has an impact on transport development. The availability of less space in urban areas has increased demand for parking space especially in central business area. In Chandigarh Due to increase in traffic congestion, there has been significant increase in demand for parking spaces. As the number of vehicles are increasing, the parking area for offices and shopping mall complexes have become inappropriate. This increasing demand has also lead to economic, social and environmental losses. Thus the optimum utilization of space and its control is a great challenge faced by the planners now a day. The purpose of this Parking Inventory Report is to equip policymakers, community members, developers, and parking facility operators with information about an issue that is often the source of conflict, cost, and congestion within Center City. The information offered in this report can help guide decisions to ensure that parking is provided and priced at rates that meet the needs of commuters, visitors, businesses, and residents, while also advancing the City's broader goals of economic development and sustainability.
