This study aims to determine the ability of elementary school class teachers in Central Lombok in preparing learning strategy plans. This research is qualitative. The data in this study are in the form of thematic lesson plans for the Central Lombok State Elementary School class theme 1 “Life Savings” sub-theme 1 learning 3, sub-theme 2 learning 2, sub-theme 3 learning 6, sub-theme 4 learning 1. Data analysis using data analysis techniques qualitative data analysis can be done simultaneously with the process of data collection, data interpretation, and narrative writing. The results showed that the formulation of indicators 3.1.1 in sub-theme 1 learning 3 was not appropriate, the subject of the formulation of learning objectives and teaching materials in sub-theme 3 learning 6 was not appropriate, items that did not refer to indicators in sub-theme 1 learning 3, and the use of operational words which is less precise in the formulation of learning objectives in sub-theme 3 learning 6. In conclusion, the class teacher of the Central Lombok State Elementary School is related to being able to formulate learning strategy plans. Keywords: Ability, Class Teacher, Learning Strategy Plan.
E-learning has been widely used in educational settings especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to investigate e-learning readiness among students and compare students' perceptions of student workloads including mental, physical, temporal, performance, effort, and frustration conditions. in the settings of e-learning and regular lectures.Quantitative methods were used in this study. Using survey techniques with data instruments in the form of questionnaires from 51 data samples. The survey was conducted with students of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of Hamzanwadi University. Data analysis techniques using NASA-TLX applications. The results showed that students have a high level of e-learning readiness. Mental workloads are significantly higher in e-learning than in face-to-face learning. The correlation between e-learning readiness and mental workload is insignificant. The conclusion of this research is the high readiness of e-learning students because most already have technical skills while the lowest readiness in learning behavior when using e-learning. Student workloads including mental, physical, temporal, performance, effort, and frustration are higher at the time of e-learning use than regular lectures. This study aims to identify the effect of competence, motivation and work experience on the work productivity of lecturers at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics, Hamzanwadi University, East Lombok, either partially or simultaneously. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational method to ascertain whether there is a bond between 2 or more variables. The population, all lecturers of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics, totaling 32 lecturers. The sampling method utilizes saturated sampling method. Information analysis procedures use descriptive information, information analysis prerequisite test, hypothesis testing. Information analysis of the influence of competence, motivation and work experience on lecturers' work productivity is processed using SPSS16. 0 for windows. The results of the t-test research show that each independent variable, namely competence and work motivation, partially affects positively and significantly, whereas work experience partially does not affect work productivity. The results of the F test research 70% of work productivity is influenced by aspects of competence, motivation and work experience, on the other hand the remaining 30% is described or predicted by other aspects outside the three aspects and other models outside the model. The conclusion is partially that the competence variable is more influential than the motivation and work experience variables on work productivity, but simultaneously the competence, motivation and work experience variables affect the lecturer's work productivity Keywords: Work Productivity, Work Motivation, Work Experience
Lesson planning constitutes the teacher's critical guide in successful learning activities. Because of its role, lesson planning is prioritised, not as a complement to the teaching administration. Therefore, this study investigates how the trainers' ability to design lesson planning with the learner's response to teaching performance in the classroom. Classroom action research is adopted as a research method implemented in non-formal schools; Bale Beleq Institute, Lombok Timur. Participants came from several representative villages from POKDARWIS (tourism care group). Some were active in the Karang Taruna of eleven people studying entrepreneurship under the sub-topic of products and markets. When processing data, three instruments were used; in-depth interviews, observation-participant, and document reviews. Findings show a positive relationship between the ability of trainers to design lesson planning and the performance of teaching trainers in the classroom. Successful indicators refer to the trainer's understanding of the constituent components of lesson planning and learners' opinions from open interviews after the learning. In addition, the better trainers' understanding of designing the lesson planning, the better implication toward learning output must be.
Learning arts and culture, especially dance in this digital era, really needs learning media that are appropriate to the situation and conditions. The interactive media required at this time are animation-based media because these demands are the media that are preferred by students and are considered the most fun. This study aims to analyze the development of audio-visual media animation in dance learning and its development effectiveness. The method used in developing the Borg and Gall model includes needing analysis, design planning, product development, product revision, and field trials to the results using Macromedia Flash 8 media. The instruments used to collect data in this study were questionnaires, interview guidelines, and observations at SMAN 1 Labuhan Haji, East Lombok. These findings We are in the form of learning media based on audiovisual animation using Macromedia Flash 8 through a complete process and feasibility test so that it is easy to use. The feasibility of the developed press, based on tests from media experts, obtained good criteria (GC), material experts obtained GC criteria, and user tests obtained perfect criteria.
