Evaluation Crude Fiber Fraction Coffee Skin which is Fermented Using Different Commercial Inoculant Resource Abstract.A study about fiber fraction of coffee peelas feed for ruminants. The research was conducted at Nutrition Science and Feed Technology Laboratory of Animal Science Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam, Banda Aceh for feed fermentation process and crude fiber analysis. NDF and ADF content were sent and analized at Quality Testing Center and Feed Certification (BPMSP) Bekasi. This study runs from June 2017 to July 2017. The aim of this study was to evaluate the content of crude fiber, NDF and ADF in fermented coffee peel which was fermented using different commercial inoculants. The research design used in this study was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisted of 4 treatments and 4 replications, with combination of treatments were P0 (control), P1 (Skin Coffee + SBP), P2 (Skin Coffee + EM-4), and P3 (Skin Coffee + probion). Each treatment except P0 added 1% inoculant, 3% molasses, 0.1% urea, and 3% sago meal. Teh Parameters observed in this study were crude fiber content, NDF content, and ADF content. The results of study showed that using different inoculant in fermented coffee meal not significantly effect decreasing the NDF and ADF content (P 0,05), but significantly effect (P 0,05) to the crude fiber content.
