Kolang kaling grass jelly drink is a functional food product that is beneficial for health. Consumer demand for beverage products that have a good impact on health is increasing due to high public awareness of the importance of health. The home industry of kolang kaling grass jelly drink must be able to know the criteria of attributes needed and desired by consumers. One effective method for determining the needs and desires of consumers is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). This method starts from the product planning matrix (house of quality), followed by the planning matrix, the process planning matrix, and the production planning matrix. From the results of the QFD analysis, it is necessary to improve the planning process of making grass jelly drinks, then realized using the strategy formulation implementation strategy based on mapping the main needs and performance to be achieved. Through the QFD approach, it is expected to help businesspeople formulate process improvement priorities so they can produce jelly drink products that are following the wants and needs of consumers.
This study aimed to examine the formulation of the cheapest alternative dairy rations and analyze the income and cost-efficiency of Bestcow Farm Jember. This research was conducted at Bestcow Farm Jember. The research location was chosen using purposive sampling with the consideration that Bestcow Farm has a fairly large population of dairy cattle, 50 heads. The research parameters taken were alternative ration formulations, income analysis, and cost-efficiency. This research used a descriptive method based on the results of data collection obtained from direct interviews with company employees and Bestcow Farm recording. The alternative ration formulation 2 was an alternative formulation ration with the cheapest price. This alternative ration formulation was feasible to be applied to Bestcow Farm Jember to get higher income.
The purpose of this research is to design social engineering through the development of a community institutional organization model with an organizational asset control system that is complemented by a design of the organizational control model that can be calculated to be more suitable to improve community institutional capacity,) Determine superior products in each conservation village in the Meru Betiri National Park Area (MBNP) o that the region's economic empowerment program activities become more focused. This research method uses Participatory Rural Appraisal approach followed by Focus Group Discussion and community consultation in order to get an organizational system model that is more suitable for the people of TNMB area. Location of the research in conservation villages around the national park is right, namely Wonoasri, Curahnongko, Andongrejo, and Sanenrejo. The research results obtained in organizational objectives in the form of outputs and indicators of the success of community organization institutional development, organizational control checklist review, review items control group organizational conditions, checklist control rules, organizational development checklist, product identification the specialty is in each conservation village in the MBNP area and the development technology needs to increase the economic income of the community.
Potensi yang dimiliki Agrowisata SIMBAT sangat besar, lahan yang cukup luas dengan luas lahan kisaran 7 hektar, pesona wisata alam pegunungan yang menarik seperti spot-spot tempat wisata di kota Batu dengan akses yang dekat dengan wilayah kota Jember, lingkungan masyarakat sangat mendukung, dan SDM cukup tersedia membuat Agrowisata ini sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan. Namun dibalik potensi besar Agrowisata SIMBAT, perkembangannya masih belum optimal. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan strategi terhadap pengembangan agrowisata SIMBAT di Kabupaten Jember. Metode analisis yang digunakan yakni IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, QSPM, dan QFD. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis QSPM strategi prioritas adalah mengoptimalkan keunggulan dengan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan terhadap konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil analisa QFD diperoleh atribut kebutuhan wisatawan yang menjadi prioritas utama dilihat dari tingkat kepentingannya, yakni kebersihan dan keasrian lingkungan wisata, sedangkan atribut pelayanan yang menjadi prioritas utama dilihat dari tingkat kepentingannya yakni pelatihan SDM secara sistematis, kontinyu, dan perbaikan sistem kerja SDM. Hasil analisis dua alat analisis QSPM dan QFD sangatlah berkaitan. Mengoptimalkan keunggulan dengan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan terhadap konsumen (hasil analisis QSPM) dapat dilakukan dengan memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan yang menjadi prioritas utama yaitu. kebersihan dan keasrian lingkungan wisata (hasil analisis QFD), dan penerapannya yang utama harus dilakukan dengan pelayanan yang menjadi prioritas utama dilihat dari tingkat kepentingannya yaitu pelatihan SDM secara sistematis, kontinyu, dan perbaikan sistem kerja SDM. Dengan SDM yang solid dan skill yang kompeten dapat meningkatkan mengoptimalkan keunggulan dengan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan terhadap konsumen.
