Herein, a straightforward method for the construction of tetrazole derivatives has been achieved through Pd-catalyzed isocyanide insertion reactions, which is a good extension for the response of multi-molecule isocyanides. The Ugi-N 3 reaction was introduced to the transformation to enrich the diversity of skeleton structures. The commercially available starting materials and moderate to good yields make this method a valuable tool for generating N-containing heterocyclic compounds.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
