S t r es z c z e n i e. Badania przeprowadzono na 2 grupach loch cię żarnych przesiedlanych na stanowiska porodowe w różnych terminach (102 i 112 dzień ciąży). Na podstawie reakcji biOchemiczno-fizjologicznej wyrażonej aktyw nością niektórych enzymów w surowicy krwi (AspAT, AlAT, LDH, AP, CPK) oraz poziomem białka całkowitego i jego frakcji (albumin, alfa-, beta-i •gamma-globulin), a także analizując niektóre wskaźniki użytkowości rozrodczej loch stwierdzono, iż z punktu widzenia praktyki zootechnicznej korzystne jest przesiedlanie loch na stanowiska porodo we w 102 dniu ich ciąży. Streszczenie. Badaniami objęto dwie grupy loch: przesiedlane na stanowiska porodowe oraz nie podlegające przesiedleniu, utrzymy wane w jednakowych warunkach środowiskowych. Przesiedlaniu loch towarzyszyły znaczne zmiany poziomu wszyst kich badanych wskaźników surowicy krwi już w 3 godziny po prze siedleniu (102 dzień ciąży). Statystycznie wysoko istotne różnice obser wowano w aktywności LDH, poziomie albumin, beta-i gamma-globulin (odpowiednio: +20,-17, +16 i +210/o). Natomiast odpowiedzią na stres adaptacyjny loch ciężarnych, zastosowany w 102 dniu ciąży, była ich reakcja biochemiczna w 110 dniu ciąży, wyrażona istotnymi zmianami (P�0,01) aktywności AlAT, LDH oraz poziom białka całk, owitego, albumin, beta-i gamma-globulin (odpowiednio: +21, +23,-14,-16,-15 i-180/o) w stosunku do ich wartości w 110 dniu ciąży grupy loch nieprzesiedlanych.
