The problem in this research is not all teachers make the development of silabus and plan of learning implementation independently. This study aims to improve the willingness and ability of teachers in making the development of silabus and learning implementation plan (RPP) so that the process of teaching and learning directed learning achievement increases. The data source comes from the instrument delivered to all class V teachers in the Gedangan District, especially in the developed areas II. Analisis data is done by using descriptive and qualitative analysis, then consulted with the success criteria to determine whether collaborative coaching can improve the ability and willingness of teachers in making silabus and RPP. Based on the result of observation of silabus in the first cycle in obtaining the data of the percentage increase of conformity that is on the component of the teaching material from 50% to 75%, the learning activity increased from 25% to 75%, the indicator from 25% to 75%, the assessment type from 50% to 75%. While in the second cycle of RPP preparation there is an increase in terms of determining the existing learning model has increased: from 25% to 75% increase and assessment aspect from 25% to 75% increase, Indicator increased from 25% to 75% learning increased from 50% to 75%, teaching materials from 25% to 75%. Based on the results of data analysis above drawn the conclusion that: Collaborative coaching can improve the ability of teachers in making the development of silabus and learning implementation plan.

This study aims to find out how to apply the approach of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) that improves student activities and learning outcomes on the topics of flat side solids. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of this research is 30 students of class VIIIA SMPN 1 Pondok Kelapa even semester of 2016/2017 academic year. The instruments used are activity observation sheets and test result of student learning. The results showed that there was an improvement in the student's learning activities by forming heterogeneous discussion groups, using visual aids in constructing mathematical ideas, guiding them to take on the task of group activities, and providing motivation and appreciation in the form of praise. Student learning outcomes can also be improved by reminding the material of previous meetings, linking the benefits of learning materials through contextual issues, giving practice questions, guiding in finding concepts through PMR-based LKPD and reminding them to read the next meeting material.
This article aims to analyze the strategic position of Indonesia in South China Sea (SCS) towards the military partnership of Indonesia and China from 2010-2015. The aim of this research is to analyze how the strategic position of Indonesia influences the military relationship between Indonesia and China.The South China Sea is one of the most strategic and influential regions; it has the capability to threaten the stability of Southeast Asia. Indonesia as one of the most significant countries in ASEAN geographically, has a strategic but conflicted position. This research will analyze how the strategic position of Indonesia in theSCS influences their military partnership with China.This research formulates questions as to how the Indonesian strategic position in the South China Sea influences the China-Indonesia military relationship in 2010-2015? This article a neo-realist theory, a national security concept and a geo-strategic concept to accomplish this. It also uses a qualitative method of analysis through research papers and holding interviews. Through the three concepts and school of thought, this research has found that there is an influence on the strategic position of Indonesia in the militaristic relationshipbetween Indonesia and China. The strategic location of Indonesia in the South China Sea and the significant role Indonesia plays in ASEAN can positively affect the relationship between Indonesia and China.
Type Indicator dengan Metode Forward Chaining Berbasis Android dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan untuk mengetahui tipe kepribadian seseorang. Sistem pakar tes kepribadian ini dirancang menggunakan model perancangan Unified Modelling System (UML). Sistem rancangan yang diusulkan digambarkan dalam tiga tahapan diagram yaitu use case diagram, activity diagram, dan sequence diagram. Pengetahuan pada sistem pakar ini didapat dari berbagai sumber dan buku yang berhubungan dengan tipe kepribadian berdasarkan teori Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Basis pengetahuan disusun sedemikian rupa ke dalam suatu database dengan beberapa tabel, dan rule If-Than sehingga mempermudah kinerja sistem dalam penarikan kesimpulan. Penarikan kesimpulan dalam sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi runut maju (Forward Chaining). Sistem pakar ini akan menampilkan pertanyaan-pertanyaan sebagai gejala yang dapat dipilih oleh user, dan setiap pilihan gejala akan membawa user kepada pilihan gejala berikutnya sampai mendapatkan hasil akhir. Pada hasil akhir sistem akan memberikan sebuah kesimpulan tipe kepribadian user. Seorang user yang telah mengetahui kepribadiannya akan mendapatkan informasi tentang kepribadiannya tersebut.
