English title: Pathomimia mimicking erysipelas: a case report Cutaneous pathomimia is a behavioral disorder that manifests on the skin. It represents a challenge for the dermatologist and requires multidisciplinary management involving the dermatologist and the psychiatrist. We report the case of a 39-year-old female patient, left-handed, who was followed in the Psychiatry Service for an obsessive-compulsive disorder for two years under behavioral therapy. She was admitted in the emergency for an erythematous leg and initially treated as non-necrotizing dermo-hypodermitis by oral and local antibiotic therapy with therapeutic failure. The diagnosis of pathomimia was suspected and occlusive pads were placed on the lesions. The evolution was marked by the healing of the lesions. The patient was referred to the Psychiatry Service for psychotherapy. Our case highlights the importance of the patient's history and background in the diagnosis of this behavioral disorder.
