This research was initiated by the fact that there is no self-esteem in students based on their environmental conditions. Peers, past experiences, mindset, gender, social status, achievements, values, beliefs, and upbringing are factors that influence this condition. The purpose of this study was to describe self-esteem, describe children's social behavior, and understand the relationship between self-esteem and children's social behavior, and understand the implications for guidance and counseling services. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlational descriptive type. The population of this study was 180 students of primary school Muhammadiyah IV Padang. The sample is 150 students selected by random sampling technique. The results show that in general students' self-esteem is in a low category, students' social behavior is in the medium category, while the correlation between self-esteem and social behavior is negative, where r count r table, then Ho is accepted or the independent variable does not exist. significant correlation with the dependent variable. The implication is that guidance and counseling services can be implemented in the form of information services, content mastery, and group guidance services that are carried out for each class. This implication is expected to be an input for teachers in increasing students' self-esteem and social behavior.
This study aims to determine how much influence the factors of price policy, location, promotion and supporting facilities have on customer satisfaction at Sofian Inn Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study were concluded simultaneously through the F test that price, location, and promotion policies and supporting facilities had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. While partially the price policy has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, but the location variable and promotion variable partially have a positive but insignificant effect, and the supporting facilities variable has an insignificant negative effect. The results of the coefficient of determination test stated that consumer satisfaction was 53% influenced by factors such as price policy, location, promotion and supporting facilities, with the remaining 47% being influenced by other factors. Researchers suggest that the location variable needs to be considered because the hotel's strategic position with this Padang beach tourist attraction can foster the interest of hotel visitors. Furthermore, for the promotion variable, it is necessary to improve communication through promotions that are given both directly and indirectly in order to provide hotel positioning to consumers, as well as supporting facilities variables need to be improved, such as expanding vehicle parking facilities so that hotel consumers who visit and stay are satisfied with the facilities provided.
Program Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu program Merdeka Belajar dari Kemendikbudristek dengan membidik sekolah dasar yang berada di wilayah 3T dan terdampak pandemi COVID-19. Program ini menghadirkan mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari penguatan pembelajaran terfokus pada literasi dan numerasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan dari program kampus mengajar tersebut. Subjek penelitian difokuskan pada siswa kelas VIII sebanyak 10 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan jenis penilitiannya menggunakan pre eksperimental design. Teknik pengumpulandata menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji N-gain untuk melihatefektif atau tidaknya program ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari perhitungan uji N-gain scoremenunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata N-gain score untuk eksperimen mata pelajaran BahasaIndonesia sebesar 79,1389 atau 79%, Matematika sebesar 68,6505 atau 69%, dan IPA sebesar71,9307. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pencapaian peningkatan literasi siswa berdampak efektif, sedangkan pada numerasi siswa hanya berdampak cukup efektif, dimana secara keseluruhan dapat diartikan program kampus mengajar di sekolah SMP Negeri 40 Padang ini memiliki tingkat efektivitas yang cukup efektif bagus.
