The peculiarities of the use of Internet resources in the process of teaching students for hotel and restaurant business in the process of their distance learning are revealed in the researching. Scientific publications were analyzed, in which the introduction of distance learning in general and in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic in particular was studied. The potential aspects of using Internet resources in educational process is considered. It includes the following opportunities: search for literature sources according research problem, synchronization of translation work from foreign sources, storage and accumulation of information, organization of communication, graphics, sound effects, distribution, planning, testing and implementation research results. Students should be introduced to the organization of the educational process and material and technical base of the university in the process of distance learning are investigated in this article. In particular, it proposes to do with the help of created viber groups, introductory meetings in ZOOM, 3-D excursions. The study focuses on the use of Internet environments Moodle, ZOOM, Viber, and also revealed methodological aspects of the use of Internet sites in the process of distance learning of individual educational components of future hotel and restaurant professionals. Aspects of the use of the Internet resources during the introduction of students with the infrastructure of hotel and restaurant enterprises are also substantiated; the peculiarities of the organization of hotel and restaurant enterprise and catering are defined; the classification of hotel and restaurant enterprises, analysis of PR-technologies in the hotel and restaurant business are investigated. Approaches to the formation of knowledge the design of objects of the service sector, and training in graphic and design activities using the following software environments Kompass-3D, AutoCAD and NanoCAD are represented. The authors developed a model of using Internet resources in the process of professional training in hotel and restaurant business, which provides for the grouping of methodological aspects of the use of Internet sites in the process of studying disciplines in hotel and restaurant business. The positive and negative aspects of distance learning technology with the use of Internet resources are outlined.
We revealed the meaning of the workshop classes at extracurricular education institutions, extracurricular and extracurricular work at school. The organization of activities and provision of the educational process in out-of-school education institutions during martial law was analyzed. Regulatory documents and recommendations, which are expedient to be followed by the head of the circle in the modern conditions of providing educational services, are summarized. The peculiarities of the organization and conducting of group classes in remote mode were analyzed and the conditions that arise in the process of such training were determined. The advantages of distance learning and a set of measures for its implementation are revealed. There are means of providing educational materials for students of the group; means of monitoring the performance of assigned tasks; means of interactive cooperation between the teacher and students; the possibility of supplementing the course with new information. Forms of conducting group classes and available software products at the beginning of the organization of remote form of group work are proposed. It is noted that under the guidance of a technology teacher, students are engaged in art-aesthetic, scientific-technical circles and design products from various construction materials. The main stages of product design are described. It is noted that the workshop activity is related to the involvement of students in understanding the world of art, science, technology and engineering. It has been established that the competences are formed in students in classes. There are cognitive, practical, creative, social competences. It is noted that the result of group work depends on the organization and proper planning of activities in classes, chosen forms, traditional and innovative teaching methods. A survey of students was conducted. It was established that group activities are useful and interesting for students. It is necessary to take into account the needs, personal abilities and educational opportunities of pupils. It was found that the importance and relevance of this research is due to the need to find new approaches to the workshop activity to determine the conditions of their effective activity in connection with taking into account modern conditions of education, the importance of developing methodological support for the implementation of a remote form of conducting classes and the further implementation of the STEM approach.
The peculiarities of the implementation of the educational process in secondary and higher education institutions under martial law are characterized. The need to adapt educational content to modern realities is indicated. The relevance of the use of innovative means of training future specialists in technological education, as well as high school students in the lessons of labor training (technology) is substantiated. The potential possibilities of the QR-generator as an innovative means of educational activity of participants in the educational process of secondary and higher education institutions are outlined. The methodical aspects of its application in the process of creating a teacher’s (lecturer’s) V-card, as well as the project activities of future technological education specialists are determined. An experimental study of the effectiveness of the use of the QR-generator in the educational process of secondary and higher education institutions was conducted. The conclusions from the conducted research are substantiated: the use of the QR code generator in educational technological activities increases the interest of pupils and students in learning the educational material. It will also allow to increase the level of prestige of educational subjects of labor training and technologies in secondary education institutions, as well as increase the effectiveness of the educational process, mastering the strategy of project activity, independent choice of the mode of educational activity, organizational forms and methods of education. The option of replacing illustrative and explanatory teaching methods with a variety of different types of educational activities, focused on the active use of information and communication technologies as tools of cognition and self-cognition, tools of research, construction, measurement and formalization of knowledge is proposed.
The peculiarities of formation of spatial thinking in students of engineering and pedagogical specialties in the course of study of the graphic cycle disciplines have been substantiated. The definitions of “spatial thinking” and “spatial imagination” are clarified. The legitimacy of spatial thinking as an independent mental process, which is associated with the analysis of spatial features and the relationship between elements of real objects (or their graphic images) and application of these features in resolution of design problems by students of engineering specialties of higher education is mentioned. The content and basic operational units of spatial thinking in undergraduates during their study of graphic disciplines have been described. The dependence of the level of development of spatial thinking of students on the type of spatial images operating in Descriptive Geometry, drawing, engineering and computer graphics lessons has been specified. There has been offered the typology of students of engineering and pedagogical specialties of pedagogical high school, depending on their level of spatial thinking development and ability to explicit spatial transformations. The initial level of spatial thinking development of the students of the first year of study before the study of the cycle of graphic disciplines in higher education institutions has been also analyzed. The prospects of resolution of the issue of increasing the level of spatial thinking in undergraduates as an indicator of their intellectual development have been outlined in the study.
