Aber er unterli~l~t es zuzugestehen, dab ich bei der Ausffihrung meiner Ozaenaoperation vor meinen Assistenten und Kursteilnehmern immer wieder darauf hingewiesen babe, d~I3 sie sich ausgezeichnet auch f fir die Radikaloperation tier Oberkieferh6hlenempyeme eignet, weft man durch die tempor~re Verlagerung der medialen Kieferh6hlenwand einen tiberraschend guten Uberblick fiber die HShle bekommt und mit grol3er Sicherheit alle Buchten und Nisehen der ttShle erreichen kann. Da~ diese h~ufigen Darlegungen oft in Gegenwart des Herrn Glasscheib erfolgt sind, wird er schwerlich abstreiten wollen. Es w~ren auch daffir genfigend unverds Zeugen vorhanden. Die Bil4ung des Schleimhautlappens im unteren Nasengang, die zuerst Boenningha~s als Hineinsto~en tier Schleimhaut in die HShle in etwa sternartiger Form beschrieben hat, wi~hrend Dahmer dem Lappen zuerst die heute fibliche sorgsam geschnittene Form gab, und der daher wohl richtig der Boenninghaus-Dahmersche Lappen heil3t --die Bildung dieses Lappens bei jeder Art yon l~dikaloperation des Antrums ist li~ngst Allgemeingut je4es Operateurs auf diesem Gebiete.
