The Business Administration study program takes part in volunteer activities with a community-based science and technology service scheme. This service is performed to improve microbusinesses' understanding of digital marketing in the city of Depok with the aim of expanding the marketing area, which will have an impact on income. This activity employs a contextual approach methodology, whereby theoretical information is initially provided, and then a workshop immediately creates an account on online media and uploads products made by traders. In order to allow participants who are unable to attend at the service venue to participate in this community service activity elsewhere by using the Zoom platform. The participants were given counseling from the very beginning of the process of downloading an account creation program, building a digital store, and marketing product photographs with narration and descriptions of the product, the participants received coaching. The participants were very excited to participate in the series of events that had been planned by the committee, both in listening to the speaker's presentation and when carrying out implementation practices in online media. sale. AbstrakPenelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Padma Radya Aktuaria Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian survey dengan rumusan hipotesis asosiatif yang dilakukan pada 36 orang karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi produk momen, uji t, dan regresi linear sederhana dengan perhitungan menggunakan program SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 25,7% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.Kata kunci : Pelatihan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Asosiatif, Regresi, dan Significant. AbstractThis research entitle the effect of job training on the performance of employees at PT Padma Radya Aktuaria Jakarta. This research aim to describe the effect of job training on the employees performance at the company. This research uses survey research with associative hypothesis formulation conducted on 36 employees of the company. Data collection techniques in this research using a questionnaire and using likert scale. Data analyzed techniques using product moment correlation analysis, t test and simple linear regression with calculations using SPSS 21. The result of the show the effect of job training on the performance of employees is about 25,7% and rest is 74,3% influence by other variables.Keywords: Job Training, Employees Performance, Associative, Regression, and Significant.
__________________________________________________________________________ AbstractRespondents in this study amounted to 80 people who were students of the Department of Commercial Administration of the Jakarta State Polytechnic who had bought Maybelline mascara. The results showed that brand image factors and prices influence the purchasing decisions of Maybelline mascara. This is evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.503. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions of Maybelline mascara with a value of 0,017 <0,10. This is because the brand image is the initial foundation of consumers to be able to choose what products to use. Prices have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions with a value of 0.005 <0.10. This is because each consumer has a perception of a price, if the price offered is suitable then the consumer can choose the product or want to use. Brand image and price together influence the purchasing decision of Maybelline mascara with a significance value of 0,000 <0.10.
The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation procedures of official travel in PT. Bakrie Telecom, PT. Antam and PT. Schneider Indonesia. While these trips have a destination for seminars, cooperation with other companies, training, check the company's branch in the city or another country, marketing and others. Bakrie Telecom, PT. Aneka Tambang dan PT. Schneider Indonesia. Sedangkan perjalanan dinas tersebut punya tujuan untuk seminar, kerjasama dengan perusahaan lain, pelatihan, memeriksa perusahaan cabang di kota atau negara lain, pemasaran dan lain-lain. UMKM merupakan salah satu sektor yang terdampak COVID-19, padahal UMKM merupakan alternatif solusi bagi permasalahan-permasalahan sosial seperti kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Adanya pandemi menyebabkan munculnya kebijakan pemerintah yaitu Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) yang membatasi mobilisasi masyarakat akan berdampak pada perlambatan aktivitas ekonomi dan mempengaruhi secara langsung perilaku masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai adopsi penggunaan E-Commerce pada sektor UMKM di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode TAM (Technology Acceptence Model) dengan mengkaji bagaimana respon penggiat UMKM dari segi kebermanfaatan, kemudahan, penggunaan dan teknologi. Hasilnya memperlihatkan bahwa adopsi E-Commerce yang ada di Kota Depok memiliki tingkat adopsi penggunaan sedang, memiliki nilai kebermanfaatan yang tinggi dan tingkat kemudahan yang sedang. Sedangkan untuk kapabilitas teknologi yang digunakan memiliki nilai yang rendah.
