Online and distance learning leads to reduced student motivation, boredom, and reduced levels of understanding. The solution to solve this problem is ice breaker-based video. In Arabic learning, ice breaker video content is not found much because ice breakers are usually practiced for offline learning. Therefore, ice breakers are required in videos for online learning by producing them in large quantities. This study aims to describe the results of a review of ice breaker-based videos that have been successfully designed by students in the Department of Arabic Language Education. It is a mixture of quantitative and qualitative approaches. With qualitative content analysis, it is known that students successfully produce Arabic-language ice breaker-based videos that are of good quality from the aspect of content, themes, and teaching materials for all levels of education, from children to adults. This video can be applied independently or under the guidance of a classroom teacher. The success of students in producing ice breaker-based videos is because the Arabic education curriculum has accommodated elective courses called Games, Songs, and Stories so that students are equipped with teaching skills and the ability to become content creators.
The initially curriculum of Dars e Nizami formulated by Mulla Nizamuddin consisted of eleven sciences and arts, which has been prevalent from the time of Aurangzeb Alamgir to the present day in the religious madrasas of Indo-Pak keeping in mind the various contemporary changes of the time. In the present era, the number of these sciences and arts has reached up to 30. After the partition of Subcontinent, this curriculum has been formally taught in many religious madrasas of Pakistan and as a result, the graduates here were not playing any significant role in the development of the country due to the lack of flexibility in the curriculum. Therefore, during the period of General Zia-ul-Haq, some technical changes were made in the curriculum like some modern arts such as English language, Mathematics, Pakistan Studies etc. were made part of the curriculum and the degree of these graduates was made equal to MA Arabic & Islamic Studies. Now, in the recent past, during the tenure of Prime Minister Imran Khan, emphasis was placed on One Nation Curriculum and the religious madrasas were also required to include modern arts in their curriculum. Therefore, in this regard, the establishment of some new religious boards was also implemented in which Kanz Al-Madaris Board has a very important rule due to its wider range of books included in the curriculum of Dars e Nizami. And further this board’s syllabus along with exams pattern is pretty much as per HEC rules and regulations. So, we will compare in this study the books of Dars e Nizami included in Kanz Al-Madaris with the curriculum of HEC so that the current targets of religious madaris can be seemed and compared based on future goals in this modern era. This will be the first comparative research that will prompt religious boards individually to try to adapt their curriculum to the requirements of modern era.
This article aims to accentuate the Islamic ideology about philosophers and their thoughts in the research perspectives of Abdul Aziz Al-Firharvi(1206AH-1239AH),modernistic broad minded islamic subcontinental scholar. Philosophy is one of the world beginning arts as it is related to the origin of all the sciences. It’s meaning of “love to wisdom” (that is interpretated by a strategy which leads a person to the prospects in the thinking Process of something), was actually getting used to Greece for the first time, In there many great philosophers like Ibna’ Zaqlas, Pythagore, Socrates, Plato and Aristotle established their reasonable views and opinions about the Creative and Developemental perspectives of the universe like the origin of the nature And resultantly the faculties of Theology(Al-Ilahiya’t) and Physics(Al-Tabi’at) materialised. Their views and opinions centered the basis of wisdom and that’s why they misunderstood in various types of thoughts like the many of the universe is eternal as god. Moreover; These thoughts met Islam and were polished on the purity. Then the muslim scholars denied these thoughts in every passing time when raised up. Firharvi’ is one of them who denied their thoughts on the basis of Quran and sunnah And made a middle ground between these two. He did many of the scholarly achievements in his life and Al-Tamyi’z is one of them in manuscript form. In its Preface, Firharvi’ has justified all of the Thinkings of Philosophers on the fundamentals of Quran and sunnah by summarizing these at his best. So, This article relates philosophy to Islamic Ideology as not to accept thinkings of philosophers outright, nor to neglect them in that way and there should be a middle between these two for the application of socio-philosophical rules on the society.
The rise of philosophy has coalesced with the start of the world, which means a "strategy". Whether that Strategy is linked to the teaching of a language or something else, and the only way to learn that strategy is through the thoughts of philosophers. This study is an attempt at the philosophy, philosophers, and strategy of their thinkings; whom' Abdul-‘Azīz Firhārvī has mentioned in his valuable manuscript Al-Tamyīz, and also this study will discuss the effects of applying these strategies on the teaching of Arabic Language that how to cultimate philosophical styles of study like;Analytical method, Deep Study Method, Traditional Method, Discusson Method, Practical Method’ within primary or secondary or higher education students. In addition, these methods will promote a technical understanding of Arabic Grammer among students. In this regard, 'Abdul-‘Azīz Firhārvī has selected some prominent philosophers in Al-Tamyīz. Further, it will highlight the selection of chosen philosophers as to why the thoughts of these philosophers have a possible and attainable effect on the teaching of the Arabic Language, and it will also discuss the influential importance of their work. Thus, this study will be beneficial for the teachers and trainers. Moreover, it will also become a landmark for the new researchers to link philosophy with Arabic language teaching.
