ZusammenfassungZur Bestimmung der Retention und der zur Wirkung kommenden Dosis bei der Radiosynoviorthese mit 90Y-Silikatkolloid wurden Untersuchungen an Patienten und am Phantom durchgeführt. Es wurde die Dosisleistung der Bremsstrahlung gemessen, welche durch Absorption der Betastrahlung des 90Y im Gewebe entsteht und die ein Intensitätsmaximum bei ca. 110 keV besitzt. Nach Applikation von 6 mCi 90Y liegt die Dosisleistung der an 13 Kniegelenken von insgesamt 10 Patienten gemessenen Bremsstrahlung in einer Entfernung von 10 cm über der Patella zwischen 0,6 und 1,3 mR/Std. Innerhalb des Zeitraumes zwischen 3 Stunden und 3 Tagen nach der Radiosynoviorthese wurde praktisch kein Abtransport aus dem Kniegelenk festgestellt. Näherungsweise Berechnungen führten zu einer mittleren Dosis im Gelenkraum zwischen 3650 und 7300 rad bzw. in der Synovalis zwischen 5500 und 11000 rad.
