I n der Waschmittelindustrie haben folgende anionogenaktive Kolloidelektrolyte Bedeutung: Alkylcarbonsaure Alkalisalze, Alkylarylsulfonate, primare Alkylsulfate, sekundiire Alkylsulfate, sekundare Alkylsulfonate, Fettsaurekondensationsprodukte.Dabei handelt es sich um technische Produkte, deren Alkylreste aus einer Reihe von 10-18 Kohlenstoffatomen bestehen und deren Variation komplizierte Gemische darstellt. E x t r a k t i o n s m e t h o d e . Die quantitative analytische Bestimmung bezieht sich bei synthetischen Produkten auf das Aktivmaterial (AM), bei Carboxylalkaliseifen auf die Fettsaure. Die ubliche Analysenmethode besteht in der Extraktion der organischen Verbindung mit Alkohol oder Alkohol -TrichlorLthylengemisch. Die Genauigkeit betragt & 0,5 yo abs. Die Methode jst fur Serienanalysen nicht geeignet, da manche Fertigprodukte bis 72 Stunden Extraktionadauer benotigen. T i t r a t i o n s m e t h o d e n . Die quantitative Reaktion von Aminen mit Arylsulfosauren ist durch Norton1) und Sutev2) bekannt und deren Anwendung fur Alkylarylsulfonate von n1arro.n & SchifferZi3) quantitativ ausgearbeitet worden. Die Komp lexbildung von kationogenaktiven und anionogenaktiven Kolloidelek trolyten und die darauf beruhenden Bestimmungsmethoden fur einzelne Korperklassen sind durch die Arbeiten von SaZtolz et al. 4, mit Pinacyanolbromid als Indikator, von Epton5) mit Cetylpyridiniumbromid und Methylenblau als Indikator, von HavtZey et aL6) mit Cetylpyridiniumbromid oder Cetyltrimethylammoniumbromid untersucht worden.

Destillation ohne Wasserdampf einen geringen brenzligen Geruch aufweisen, zeichnen sich die mit Wasserdampf erhaltenen Fraktionen nicht nur durch eine niedrige Farbzahl, sondern gleichzeitig auch durch einen klaren, nicht durch Verbrennungsprodukte beeinfluflten Geruch aus, Die der Tab. 3 zugrundeliegenden beiden Trennungen wurden mit geringeni Riicklaufverhaltnis (R -3) ausgefuhrt; die Zahlenwerte stellen also keine optimalen Werte dar.Zusammenfassend kiinnen wir feststellen, daB das Verfahren der Destillation mit iiberhitztem, d. h. ungesattigtem Wasserdampf infolge der durch den Dampf-Zusatz bewirkten Temperatur-Erniedrigung innerhalb des Bereiches guter Trennbarkeit besonders zur Trennung thermisch empfindlicher, hochsiedender Stoffgemische mit relativ kleinen Siedediffferenzen geeignet ist.Derartige Gemische liegen z. B. in den Rohfettsauren vor, wie sie durch die Spaltung natiirlicher Fette oder auch synthetisch erhalten werden. Diese Rohsauren kiinnen nach den hier beschriebenen Verfahren sehr gut in die einzelnen Individuen zerlegt werden. Hierbei erhielten wir Produkte, die sich neben ihrer Reinheit besonders durch ihre giinstigen geruchlichen und farblichen Eigenschaften auszeichnen. Zum Unterschied gegeniiber der Destillation mit gesattigtem Dampf ist hier aber nicht nur der Destillationsdruck bzw. die Destillationstemperatur, sondern auch die Zusammensetzung des Dampfgemisches, d. h. also die Wasserdampf-Zugabe, genau einzustellen. DaB sich aber auch dies mit verhiltnismaflig einfachen Mittelnselbst im Laboratoriumliisen la&, zeigen die von uns entwickelten uiid im Vorstehenden beschriebenen Apparaturen.Wenn diese Mitteilung d a m beitragt, die in organischen Laboratorien immer wieder anzutreffende Scheu vor der Anwendung der Kolonnendestillation auch zur Trennung thermisch empfindlicher und hochsiedender Stoffgemisrhe zu heseitigen, so hat sie voll und ganz ihren Zweck erfullt.
