An equipment which has the capabilities for multipath measurement and also for wideband (10 MHz) digital simulation of a land mobile radio channel is described. Since, the equipment has the capability for reproducing measured multipath, we propose to use measured data (successive impulse response sequences) to make a standard propagation model. This can then be used as an alternative to the conventional simplified model for developing and evaluating radio equipment operating in the land mobile multipath environment.thesis and a field test result of measured multipath. analysis and synthesize. Also, we show initial laboratory test results of multipath syn-
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
