Nach Einkristalldaten (137 h 01, h 11, h 21; Mo—Kα) kristallisiert Li2CuO2 (weinrote Kristalle) orthorhombisch mit a = 3,663, b = 2,863, c = 9,396 Å, Z = 2, D 252h—Immm mit Li in (4j), Cu in (2b), O in (4i) und z L1 + = 0,293, z O 2− = 0,3565. Der Madelung‐Anteil der Gitterenergie (MAPLE) wird berechnet und diskutiert.
Im System Li2O/NiO wurde nur die vorher unbekannte Verbindung Li2NiO2 (grün, luftbeständig) gefunden, die orthorhombisch [a = 3,743, b = 2,779, c = 9,026 Å, Z = 2] im Li2CuO2‐Typ [dpyk = 3,65 g · cm−3, drö = 3,69 g · cm−3] kristallisiert mit planarer Vierer‐Koordination von Ni2+. Der Madelung‐Anteil der Gitterenergie (MAPLE) wird berechnet und diskutiert.
Neu dargestellt wurden K2NiO2 (dichroitische Einkristalle; rotviolett/grün, a=3,953, c=12,853 Å) Bb,NiO2 (analog: gelbrot/grün, a=4,174, c=13,186 Å) und Cs2NiO, (analog: dunkelgrün/grün, a=4,413, c=13,59, Å), die überraschend im tetragonalen Na2HgO2‐Typ kristallisieren mit [O–Ni–O]‐Hanteln. Der Abstand Ni–O ist sehr kurz: 1,68 Å. Die Struktur von K2NiO2 wurde mit Einkristalldaten bestimmt; für 131 Reflexe hhl—(h+8)hl ist R=7,98%, R′=10,6% (Ho–‐Kα). K2NiO2 und Cs2NiO2 befolgen das CURIE‐WEISSSCHE Gesetz mit μ=3,0 μB und Θ‐Werten um ‐30°K. Der MADELUNG‐Anteil der Gitterenergie (MAPLE) wird für K2NiO2 berechnet und diskutiert.
Bei der Untersuchung des noch immer unzureichend bekannten Systems K/Fe/O erhielten wir durch Erhitzen inniger Gemenge binarer Oxide + 'FeO,,,' rnit K:Fe = 2.2:l; Fe-Bombchen, 6OO0C, 7d) rote, monokline EinkristalJe rnit den Gitterkonstanten a=7.13,, b=11.12,, c=6.51 A ; p= 102.3", denen nach der dreidimensionalen Strukturaufklarung mit direkten Methoden (706 hk0-hk9, Diffraktometer-Daten, Mo-Ku) die Zusammensetzung K,FeO, zukommt (R = R = 5.5 %). Die Raumgruppe ist C2/m-C;,,, die Atomparameter sind in Tabelle 1 zusammengestellt.
