Beim Ertrinken dutch Unfall oder Suicid tritt der Tod infolge Atemlihmung oder infolge Asphyxie dutch Eindringen des Wassers in die Lungen ein. Im letzten Falle besteht an der Leiche Cyanose, im ersteren keine. Die Verff. unterscheiden zwischen weil~en und blauen Ertrunkenen; die Wiederbelebung ist bei diesen sehwieriger wegen der Schidigung der Lungen. Die Autoren empfehlen neben kiinstlicher Atmung einen Aderlal~.
