disruption was associated with young age, non-smoker, and diabetes mellitus, and recanalized state of thrombolysis in cerebra infarction (TICI) 2b-3 (P b 0.05). However, BBB disruption was not association with poor prognosis (58.3% vs 68.2%). Conclusion: BBB disruption is not rare after mechanical thrombectomy, especially in patients with fully recanalization. BBB disruption shown on FLAIR may be benign.
