Dieses Verhalten kann mit einem Molekfilaustauseh-Modell erkl~irt werden. Kleine darrgetrocknete Proben wurden mit Lein61-Tetrachlorkohlenstoff-L6sungen unterschiedlicher Konzentration behandelt. Die zu einem bekannten Prozentsatz im Lein61 vorhandenen polaren freien Fetts/iuren besetzen die Wasserst ofl~or/icken bind ungem an denen normalerweise sorptiv gebundenes Wasser angelagert wird. Anschliegend wurden die Sorptionsisothermen fiber gesfittigten Salzl6sungen bestimmt. Nach den Berechnungen des Autors werden 6 Wasserstoffbriickenbindungen yon einer freien Fettsfiure belegt. Aus den experimentellen Daten ergibt sich, daiS; eine Fettsiiure die Anlagerung wm 90 Wassermolekfilen verhindeft, was bedeuten w0.rde, dag 15 Wassermolekfile an einer Wasserstoffbrfickenbindung angelagert werden k6nnen. Dieser Wert ist mehr als 2real so gro3 wie nach anderen Vielschicht-Sorptionstheorien bisher angenommen wird. J.Welling
