ZusammenfassungTrotz adäquater Antikoagulantientherapie kommt es nach HKE, besonders an der Mitralis, zu Thromboembolien, so daß es zweckmäßig erscheint, zusätzlich in den Mechanismus Thrombozytenaggregation direkt einzugreifen.Bei 24 Hunden zwischen 20-25 kg Körperge-wicht wurde in den linken Vorhof durch das Herzohr ein 2 cm langer und 0,5 cm breiter Teflonstreifen gelegt und am Herzohr angenäht. Am 10. Tag wurde den überlebenden Tieren 5000 IE Heparin injiziert und diese darauf getötet. Das Volumen der entnommenen Teflonstreifen wurde anschließend in einem Meßzylin-der bestimmt und durch histologische Untersuchung das Ausmaß der Fibrin-bzw.
