0 Aus Phenylisocyanat und (~---)-N-[Methyl-phenyl-cr-naphthyl-silyl]-methylamin wird unter Si -N-Spaltung und Erhaltung der Konfiguration am Si-Atom ( -1-)-N-[Methyl-phenyl-cnaphthyl-siIyl]-N'-methyl-N-phenyl-harnstoff (1 b) erhalten. I n benzolischer Losung kommt es durch intermolekularen Silylgruppenaustausch ZLI einer langsamen Racemisierung des optisch aktiven Silylharnstoffs (1 b + la). Solvolysen von 1 b mit Methanol und Dimethylamin verlaufen unter Unikehrung der Konfiguration. Mit eineni UberschuB Phenylisocyanat reagiert 1 b unter N ~ H-Spaltung und Erhaltung der Konfiguration am Si-Atom weiter zu (-)-I -[Methyl-phenyl-~-naphthyl-silyl]-3-methyl-l.5-~iphenyl-biiiret (3a). Dessen Solvolysen mit Methanol und Dimethylamin verlaufen wie die analogen Umsetzungen der Silylamine und -1iarnstoffe unter Umkehrung der Konfiguration.
0In den Rahmen unserer Untersuchungen uber Reaktionen optisch aktiver Amincsilanez) sollten Verbindungen mit N-Silyl-amid-Strukt ur wegen der aktivierenden Wirkung der Carbonylgruppe in Nachbarscliaft zur Si -N-Bindung einbezogen werden.Die Umsetzung von Saureamiden mit Chlorsilanen in Gegenwart tertiarer Amine liefert bei der Verwendung von Trimethylchlorsilan N-Trimethylsilyl-amide in guten Ausbeuten3). Das optisch aktive Chlorsilan R$3i"Cl (R,Si* Methyl-phenyl-anaphthyl-silyl-) reagierte jedoch wohl aus sterischen Grundenbei Raumtemperatur kaum und auch bei hBheren Temperaturen nur unvollstandig mit Acetamid, glatt dagegen mit Acetamidkalium. Jedoch konnte dabei nur optisch inaktives N-[Methyl-phenyl-x-naphthyl-silyll-acetamid isoliert werden. ( )-RjSi*CI + KNHCOCH3 f (f)-R,Si*NHCOCH3 + KCI Vermutlich wurde das N-Silyl-acetamid durch die Anionen des Kaliumacetamids rasch racemisiert.
Unter Konfigurationserhaltung am Si‐Atom bilden die optisch aktiven Aminosilane (I) mit Phenyliso‐ oder Phenylisothiocyanat die entsprechenden Silyl‐ bzw. Silylthioharnstoffe (II), deren Solvolyse mit Methanol oder Wasser unter Konfigurationsumkehr zu (III) führt.
