ResumenLa neoplasia papilar mucinosa intraductal de páncreas es una tumoración pancreática de elevado potencial maligno. Suele presentarse como síntomas inespecíficos y comúnmente es un hallazgo incidental, sin embargo, en raras ocasiones puede presentarse como un cuadro de vías biliares. Se presenta el caso de un paciente de sexo masculino que acudió a atención por cuadro de colangitis, detectándose como causa obstrucción de vías biliares por tumoración papilar mucinosa de páncreas.Palabras clave: NPMI.
