Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi kaum perempuan yang tergabung pada Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Sendang Rejeki dalam menghadapi tantangan di era masyarakat milenial di dusun Sribit, Sendangtirto, Berbah, Kabupaten Sleman. Edukasi bagi kaum perempuan ini dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan sarasehan dengan materi pertama tentang peran perempuan di era milenial, pemberdayaan perempuan era milenial, dan pentingnya penguatan karakter bagi kaum perempuan. Adapun metode pelaksanaannya adalah : Pertama, memberikan edukasi peran perempuan melalui ceramah, tanya jawab dan media gambar. Kedua, memberikan penguatan kemandirian perempuan melalui ceramah interaktif, sharing dan tanya jawab. Ketiga, memberikan penguatan karakter perempuan melalui ceramah interaktif, tanya jawab, dan diskusi kelompok.Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) meningkatnya pemahaman peran perempuan dalam menghadapi tantangan di era milenial, 2) meningkatnya pemahaman tentang kemandirian perempuan dalam menghadapi tantangan milenial, dan 3) meningkatnya pemahaman peran perempuan dalam penguatan karakter di lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat.
AbstrakPenelitian pada tahun pertama bertujuan untuk melakukan pengumpulan data melalui studi lapangan yang meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka tentang silsilah, pusat pemerintahan dan wilayah kekuasaan raja Mataram. Validasi data dilakukan dengan kritik internal maupun kritik eksternal. Analisa data ditujukan untuk melakukan interpretasi dalam bentuk silsilah, pusat pemerintahan dan wilayah kekuasaan. Hasil penelitiannya adalah dokumen sejarah dalam bentuk Historiografi. Penelitian pada tahun ke dua bertujuan untuk mengembangkan historiografi tersebut dalam bentuk sistem komputer yang dapat difungsikan sebagai media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran sejarah ini dikembangkan menggunakan software SWI PROLOG 5.11.28 versi 32 bit. Domain ini hanya memuat silsilah dari jalur yang terkenal saja. Domain yang memuat data-data silsilah, diluar jalur yang terkenal tidak mudah didapatkan dari berbagi sumber.Media pembelajaran sejarah ini juga dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan software yang lebih visual sehingga tampilan lebih menarik dan interaktif.Kata kunci : historiografi, media pembelajaran sejarah, silsilah Mataram, pusat pemerintahan, wilayah kekuasaan,
This study aims to explain the use of social studies learning media in elementary schools in Banyuurip District with all kinds of school conditions. It is hoped that the characteristics of learning media that can be used and their efforts to improve, as well as efforts to increase teacher creativity in making learning media, can be known. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, because this study describes the phenomenon of learning that is in schools in Banyuurip District. The research uses social situations, namely places, actors, and activities that interact synergistically. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data are principals and elementary school teachers in Banyuurip District. The analysis technique uses an interactive model from Miles and Huberman to analyze the research data. Activities in qualitative data analysis are carried out interactively and take place continuously until complete. The data validity technique uses data triangulation. The results showed: (1) the media problems found in Elementary Schools in Banyuurip District include incomplete media according to social studies lessons, special media storage space is not available so that many media are damaged, lost and not maintained, the media needed are not all available so that teachers find it difficult, teachers find it difficult to make and use media due to limited insight in their use, (2) the use of media in elementary schools is not maximized, due to school limitations. In general, the use of media is carried out by teachers in Banyuurip District in using mass media or groups in front of the class. Some teachers have used social studies learning media such as globes, maps, atlas books, and focused LCDs.
The purpose of this research is to increase the motivation and activeness of students in the learning process. Through team mode, each student will contribute points to be accumulated into group scores. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were students of class VI SDN Tanjunganom, Banyuurip District, Purworejo Regency totaling 25 children. Techniques Data collection is done with a questionnaire, observation. The data analysis technique used a quantitative descriptive technique with percentages. The results showed that 1) Quizizz Media team mode can increase students' motivation; this is indicated by the increasing number of students who have a minimum high motivation, from 40% in the pre-cycle, to 88% in the first cycle and 92% in the second cycle; 2) Team mode in Media Quizizz can increase student activity; this is indicated by an increase in the number of students who are included in the minimal activity category either from 44% in the pre-cycle, to 64% in the first cycle and 92% in the second cycle. The results of the research on motivation and activity as a whole have met the minimum criteria specified at 75% so that the research was stopped in cycle II.
The purpose of this study was to: determine the impact of applying the STAD learning model on the outcomes of students learning about economic activities through social studies; examine the influence of the STAD learning model on student motivation; and describe the application of the STAD learning model. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Aglik in the first semester of the 2016/2017 academic year with fourthgrade students. The classroom action research method consisted of 2 learning cycles with the application of the STAD learning model. The data were collected through a test of student learning outcomes and an observation sheet to determine any changes in motivation. This research included four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results indicated that there was an increase in student motivation and student learning outcomes. Out of 21 students, 11 to 13 were motivated in cycle I and 19 in cycle II. There was an increase in student learning outcomes from 52.38% who completed in the initial conditions, to 61.90% in cycle I; in cycle II this increased significantly by 100%. The average value increased from 64.00 in the initial conditions to 77.14 in cycle I and significantly increased in cycle II to 90.49. It can be concluded that applying the STAD learning model can increase motivation and outcomes for learning about economic activities.
