During the Covid-19 pandemic, many people are active at home and many develop hobbies that have a high selling value. Activities during the COVID-19 pandemic are undeniably more and more busy for some people. Various activities are increasingly diverse, often the feeding of ornamental fish becomes forgotten and uncontrolled so that many fish die. In this study, it is proposed to design a remote architecture of a fish feeder system based on Wemos D1 and ESP32Cam microcontrollers that are integrated with the telegram application. Different from previous research, this research uses Arduino Uno Wemos D1 and ESP32Cam based on the Internet of Things. The advantage is that it can feed fish remotely which is controlled using the telegram application. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The reason for choosing the R&D method is because this method can be used to produce and test the effectiveness of a particular product, develop a new product, or improve an existing product, and there are detailed process steps or algorithms. The response speed of sending notifications by the speed of a network, if the network is very fast, it only takes about 1 second to send the notification.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
