Демографические изменения, происходящие в развитых странах, свидетельствуют о стремительном росте относительной доли и абсолютного числа пожилых людей. По оценкам экспертов ООН, доля лиц старше 65 лет в общей численности населения вырастет в России, Украине, Австрии, Швейцарии, Германии и др. [3,4]. Для Казахстана процесс старения населения -явление относительно новое. В Республике, согласно переписи населения в 1999 г., население в возрасте 65 лет и старше в общей численности населения составляет 6,7%, что свидетельствует о том, что страна находится на пороге старения. 7-процентный порог в Казахстане будет превышен в 2017 году, а доля пожилых людей, по прогнозам казахстанских экспертов, увеличится к 2030 г. до 11,5% [2,6,7]. Вступление Казахстана в категорию стран с преобладанием пожилого населения предполагает необходимость пересмотра осуществляемой политики во многих сферах, в частности, в области здравоохранения.Перед медицинским сообществом встает вопрос о создании условий для того, чтобы большее число пожилых людей оставалось здоровыми, социально и экономически активными [8]. Одной из важных задач деятельности новой интегрированной, социально ориентированной модели ПМСП, действующей в Казахстане вот уже пять лет, является оказание не только медицинских и профилактических, но и социально-психологических услуг населению. Так, в 2008 году в РК, с принятием закона «О специальных социальных услугах» социальная работа как профессия получила развитие в системе здравоохранения. Согласно приказу МЗ РК № 907 от 20.12.2011 г. «Об организации деятельности социального работника в сфере здравоохранения», в поликлиниках была создана социально-психологическая служба (СПС), задачей которой является «выполнение совокупности медико-социально-психологических и профилактических услуг для человека, семьи и сообщества, направленная на восстановление, сохранение, укрепление здоровья населения через удовлетворение его потребностей и нужд для обеспечения социального благополучия и улучшения качества жизни» [5]. Принята Государственная программа развития здравоохранения на 2011 -2015 гг. «Саламатты Қазақстан» -развитие социально ориентированной ПМСП, основанной на общеврачебной практике [1]. В штат СПС наряду с медицинскими работниками входят социальные работники и психологи, специализирующиеся для работы в данной сфере, а получателями услуг (бенефициарами) службы являются уязвимые слои населения, в том числе люди старшего возраста, прикрепленные к поликлинике. Внедрение новой модели, как правило, сопряжено с определенными трудностями, необходим мониторинг, обратная связь для коррекции процесса. В связи со сказанным, цель нашего исследования -выявить на текущий момент степень адаптированности (по критериям информированность, востребованность, удовлетворенность СПС) лиц старшего возраста, к новой социально ориентированной модели функционирования ПМСП.Для достижения цели нами проведен социологический опрос потенциальных получателей услуг или бенефициаров услуг социальных работников в первичном звене здравоохранения (ПМСП).
