Apigenin and its metal complexes are used extensively in chemistry, biology and the dye industry. In this study, the interactions of flavonoids with metal ions and dyeing properties of these complexes are studied and these complexes of apigenin with aluminium and iron are examined by spectrophotometric and Potentiometrie methods. The stability constants of these complexes were determined potentiometrically. The evaluated protonation constants of the apigenin were found: logK t = 8.21 and logK 2 = 2.83 at the 25°C. Logarithms of the stability constants were found: for aluminium complex: logK.! = 8.24, logK 2 = 7.46, and logK 3 = 7.04 and for iron complex: logKi = 7.52, logK 2 = 5.80, and logK 3 = 5.00 at the 25°C. The components of metal-apigenin complexes are given: 1:3 (metal: apigenin ratio) both Al(III) and Fe(II) from the results. According to our work; it can be said that Al(III) -apigenin and Fe(II) -apigenin complexes are formed in the dyeing process and this increases the lightfastness of the dyeing.

Flavonoids are phenolic compounds widely distributed in plants. The tannin under consideration is produced from nutgalls and distinguish it from other tannins, is known as gallotannic or digallic acid. The Potentiometrie titration technique has been used to determine the stability constants for the various complexes of iron(II), magnesium(II) with quercetin and digallic acid. Its stability constants were determined potentiometrically by using Calvin-Bjerrum and Irwing-Rossotti methods and by spectrophotometric way. The protonation constants was found for digallic acid logK=8,51. The formation conditions of the mixed complexes consisting of iron(II), magnesium (II) were determined; for quercetin-digallic acid-Fe(II) complex logK=7,65 and for quercetin-digallic acid-Mg(II) complex logK|=6,02 and logK 2 =3,10 were found.

Pesticides are the most dangerous organic pollutants for human and environmental health. These are substances that are harmful to health, the use of which has increased in recent years, to kill pests in agricultural production. The areas of use of pesticides, apart from agricultural activities, are in the fight against mosquitoes, which cause malaria, which creates a significant health problem for human health in the landscape, construction industry, timber protection, forestry, control of aquatic organisms, industrial insect control, food storage, transportation, and community hygiene there are multiple uses such as. Excessive intake of the body leads to many diseases, cancer formation, even death. In this study, it was aimed to analyze the pesticides Atrazine, Chlorfenvinfos, Chlorpyrifos, Diuron, Isoproturon, and Simazine simultaneously with LC-MS/MS, in Boğazköy Dam in Bursa(Turkey) and the branches that feed the dam in Bursa, İnegöl district. The samples were taken from 12 locations and were given to the device by direct injection. Environmental Quality Standards were taken as reference for the calibration of the method. Validation studies such as LOD, LOQ, linearity, and recovery have been performed for the accuracy of the method. As a result, it has been determined that the pesticide derivatives examined in the waters feeding the Boğazköy Dam and the dam itself do not exceed the Environmental Quality Standards limit values and do not pose a risk in irrigation of agricultural areas and surface waters.
