The urgency of the safety of the components of the natural environment of Central Kazakhstan is due, firstly, to the long development of solid minerals and, in connection with this, the huge expenditure of energy and water resources, and secondly, to the use of obsolete mining technologies. The complex of works on the extraction of solid minerals leads to a change in the entire range of environmental conditions in the mining areas and adjacent areas, which is due to the interconnectedness of all natural components among themselves.
The article deals with the processes, associated with work in the mining industry, the beginning of which was laid in the first half of the ХХ century. A prolonged mechanical intervention in the surface, subsurface structures of the earth‘s crust led to the development of a number of dangerous geodynamic processes, that directly and indirectly degrade the ecological state of the surrounding area.
In general, economic security means high-quality satisfaction of the needs of the population in the nature of the national economy. Today, one of the priority issues for environmental reasons, etc., can be called food security. That is, physiologically complete coverage of the population with food determines its activity during the life period. At the same time, it shows the political independence of the state in ensuring economic stability. Therefore, if no state strives for a high-quality full provision of food security for its people, it is impossible to talk about other security considerations, that is, political, economic, national security. The issues of food security of the state are the main conditions for ensuring the general security of the population. In this context, the state is implementing plans to ensure food security, increase food security indicators, reduce the costs of the population for food products and provide consumers with safe products. This article analyzes the factors affecting the state of economic and food security of the country that have occurred in the world. The main threats to economic security have had a significant impact on the Republic of Kazakhstan. It should be noted that any of these security measures requires a fundamental analysis of the relevant conceptual proposals and the development of measures related to the state and business. Therefore, the purpose of the article is a comprehensive discussion of economic and food security issues and summing up. Based on the study of the state, the state of food security, economic, analytical, statistical methods focused on a systemic orientation were used. The findings of the study can be used for the social and economic development of the country, in measures to combat the pandemic.
Geomechanical monitoring is a system of observations of the state of the geological environment, the processes of displacement of rocks and the earth's surface, geomechanical and hydrodynamic processes in a rock mass, interpretation of the results of observations, the formation of judgments about the state of the rock mass as a whole and the forecast of parameters of stable slopes. To determine the displacement of the earth's crust of the Akbakay field, the technology of terrestrial radar interferometry was used. Which is used by only a few research institutes and organizations in the world. In satellite radar interferometry, the promptness to obtain an actual spatial information about the Earth's surface is an important requirement for modern Earth remote sensing data, along with high spatial resolution, as well as geometric accuracy. The operational efficiency is one of the main advantages of radar systems for remote sensing of the Earth or a system of instruments synthesized by radar. Geomechanical monitoring and research on geodynamic polygons reveal wide opportunities for studying vertical movements of the earth's crust. In this work, the most important point is the scanning of the terrain and objects around the scanner standing point, i.e. Scanning special marks with the maximum resolution, which allows you to get a cloud of points.
