En sus ensayos y conferencias sobre la mujer, Edith Stein ofrece una verdadera descripción de la especificidad femenina. En este artículo realizamos un breve análisis de sus afirmaciones filosóficas y teológicas acerca de la estructura interior de la mujer, para descubrir la belleza de la feminidad, la cual sería la base para un feminismo cristiano.
El mundo digital o ciberespacio es una de las realidades más representativas de nuestra época, debido al amplio y extendido impacto que ha tenido en la vida humana. Es imposible negar la gran implicancia antropológica que tienen las nuevas tecnologías de la comunicación. Por esto, se vuelve necesario un abordaje interdisciplinar capaz de brindar una renovada visión ética del uso de la Internet. Este estudio intentará desarrollarlo en el marco de una concepción filosófica que ofrezca un verdadero diálogo con los aportes de la Psicología, la Sociología y la Antropología, de modo que las problemáticas sociales señaladas reciban una respuesta en sus aspectos fundamentales.
Según la perspectiva psicológico-fenomenológica de la filósofa del siglo XX, Edith Stein, sólo puede lograrse un verdadero conocimiento de la feminidad en una descripción de referencia recíproca entre la especificidad femenina y la masculina. En este artículo intentaremos brindar una complementación al artículo La belleza de la feminidad en Edith Stein (Dios y el Hombre, 2019), iluminando, con las investigaciones previas de la autora, la cuestión de la masculinidad, para dar una nueva respuesta a la pregunta por su esencia.
La categoría fenomenológica de donación, en el desarrollo realizado por el fenomenólogo francés Jean-Luc Marion, se presenta como un posible elemento clave para el pensamiento teológico contemporáneo. El fenómeno del Sacramento, analizado en criterios de donación, implica una profunda riqueza para la experiencia vital de Dios y su donación gratuita a la persona humana. Su investigación nos presenta novedades entorno a la visión de la sacramentalidad, al modo propio de recibir la donación divina y a las modificaciones que esta implica en la totalidad de la vida humana.
Entre las actuales contribuciones de la neurociencia se encuentran nuevos estudios en torno a la cuestión de la diferenciación sexual cerebral, su relación con las conductas típicamente masculinas o femeninas y su desarrollo por factores genéticos y socioambientales. La cuestión acerca del origen de dichas diferencias aún se encuentra abierta, así como el problema de los fundamentos psicológicos de las conductas masculinas y femeninas. En el pensamiento de Edith Stein encontramos una respuesta para dichas problemáticas, además de una descripción psicológico-metafísica a partir de las tendencias generales del despliegue y desarrollo de la especificidad sexual, en sus variantes de masculinidad y feminidad. Realizando una comparación entre ambos planteos, puede llevarse a cabo un fructuoso diálogo para el conocimiento en torno a esta realidad, buscando avances acerca de la relación entre mente y cerebro, entre vida psicológico-espiritual y las conductas típicamente femeninas y masculinas.
